We have really enjoyed our stay at Hermanns Hotel & Spa Sibiu, we had a roof top room with a very big terrase. Also breakfsat was very fresh and diversoified and it was my 1st time when i see o freshjuice mashine available in the hotel (i mean that big ones they have in parks).

Deffenetly not worth the money... Breakfast was poor, with tge exception of fresh orange juice, 99% of the same food served every morning. Parking is subject to availabilty, so you end up using the parking lot of the store nearby most of the time. No coffee machine in the room, nothing to warm up some water for a tea...we've spent night at 2 star hotels that had nespresso machines and a cheap smart tv, here at 4 stars you are not getting any of that. The bathroom design of our room was weird, and everything was moving (toilet, the stand alone sink right by the entrance) Paying such a high price/night that does not include the spa, is also mindblowing. The doors at the hotel are heavy, and when you put the card you imediatelly need to push yourself fullforce in the door for it to open... We had our room by the street and at night you can hear everything, all cars and noises + bonus on a Sunday night at 11 pm they were moving some furniture nearby in the hotel..it feels like you spleep in a poorly made appartmemt building. Our recommendations to the hotel management..you either adjust the pricing or you reinvest some of the profit in upgrading the place.

The room size is decent, but plenty of empty space in it.

This is just because I'm working in F&B from 10 years i see a lack of issues in the restaurant, a see a lot off potential and for sure the needs to be trained, attention to detail is very important

At the time of our stay the swimming pool was closed due to maintenance. The bed was not comfortable for us.

I thought it was quite expensive for a hotel and didn’t realize the spa access wasn’t included in the price. So value for money was so so. We booked a family room for 2 adults and 2 kids but we didn’t have enough towels, the bathroom was quite small. The shower wasn’t completely closed off so water came out and left the floor wet, there was only a single hanger for wet towels and so there was nowhere to hang and dry towels.

Really nice staff, everyone speaks English and are kind and helpful. The hotel is well located and breakfast was very good. Shower stream was strong and lots of hot water. There’s parking available.

The room was with a double bed and there was 1 single big duvet. I expect for a 4* hotel to put at least 1 spare in the closet in case guest are not couple or do not like to share. Still the staff was quick to accomodate the request of 1 extra when asked.

Breakfast was mediocre and SPA was awful, we made a reservation in advance and it was packed, people were arguing with the management a complete mess.

The water in the pool was cold,but they explained that it was because the water had been changed 2 days before and had some issues with the heating system.

The room was big,clean, and very comfortable. The SPA is really nice and cozy. The massage with vulcanic rocks is 10/10

The room itself is quite boring, looks like a hospital room. Despite having wooden floor, nice wooden door, etc. it was not cozy at all and quite small. For this price I would have expected a cozier room, with maybe two resting chairs and a coffee table.

The restaurant is fabulous. Had a carbonara cooked perfectly. All the restaurant ambiance is nice. Also, the breakfast was one of the richest and diverse ever seen by me. The SPA is nice and has many options.

Price was quite high for Sibiu and considering that breakfast and/or spa were not included. Location is outside the city center.

Hotel is new and we had a room with a very big balcony and incredible view.

This hotel is far from a 4-star standard. Firstly, there are no phones in the room, and we were not given any instructions on how to contact the reception. The AC in the room was not working, and it was 35°C outside. We missed the bathrobe in the room. Terrace wasn’t clean enough and there was only one chat. The whole experience was further worsened by the fact that we booked a room with wellness through Booking.com, which we could not use because we found out that the SPA is only open until 9 pm. Therefore, we tried to get a refund for these extra charges before our arrival, but this was not allowed. As an alternative, we were offered a 15% discount at the restaurant, but a €10 discount versus the €100 we paid for the wellness is not an adequate compensation. Breakfast very ordinary.

The room with the terrace has a nice view over the downtown. The location was pretty nice.

The menu is very restricted Many dishes with sea food not enough with chicken. Kind of pety of me to say but hard to open Doors to the room. Also there are three churches in the area and you will hear the bells at 7 am The bathroom gets filled with water when taking a shower despite best efforts against that. The minibar fridge doesnt do anything Power outlets can just stop working or they interrupt the output in the middle of The night. The prices are not consistent regarding the spa(booking with reality and the informative papers you get in your room)
