How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Really good option, a couple of km outside of the City Center. Staff is great and very helpful, breakfast is good, rooms are spacious and clean, and there's parking available at the property.

Parking only opens when staff is in house, so if you arrive by car later than the lobby hours you must need to find parking in the street
Rooms are spacious, clean, and beds quite comfortable. The property has parking in the back, staff is great, breakfast is also really good. Very convenient, easy to get around by public transportation.

A small mention would be that the space in the bathroom between toilet and shower is limited so you can easily knock between.
Very clean and nice. Comfy bed and big room.

The stove from the kitchen was out of service and the WIFI signal was poor.
We stood there for 3 nights with our children. The family room was big with enough beds and it had a kitchen facility. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Only beds are not double. All beds are single. For Couple these beds are not good

First of all, there are issues in the bathroom. With the shower cabin, because the doors don't close tightly, and after a shower, the entire bathroom was flooded. Then, the shower itself was broken, and water was leaking in all directions. Then, the hair dryer provided by the hotel was unable to do a good job. It was very small, weak, didn’t heat up, and it took half an hour to dry short hair. Another major problem was the soundproofing of the room. I could hear all the doors slamming and noises from the hallway, and at one point, there was even some kind of draft, which disturbed us.
That is was close to the center and it was convenient.

A small desk would come in handy. A queen size bed would have been much better for a couple instead of the twin beds.
Nice staff, good room, good breakfast. Despite there were a bunch of kids hosted there and they were playing around until late at night we could rest properly.

the parking lot was hard to get to and I didn't always get a place, it was very hot in the room and there was no air conditioning considering that the price is quite expensive.
the breakfast was ok and clean.

- The bathroom had a very noisy fan that sounded like a helicopter taking off whenever you would turn on the lights; - The shower room door couldn't be closed properly, so water would inevitably be spilled whenever someone took a shower.
- Great connections to the city: The bus stop was very close and had direct connections to the Center and train station; - The room was clean and quiet (apart from the bathroom fan); - Great continental breakfast; - Quick and easy check in/ check out.

The parking lot was full when I arrived (at reservation I was told I have reserved a parking spot). Also there was a lot of noise in the hotel, even after 23.
The location and the staff (the receptionist) was really nice.

Very strict schedule regarding check-in. Only between 16 - 22 hours. We came for a party that started at 2 PM so we had to go to the party before checking in the hotel, and then we had to leave the party early just so we can make it before check in was closed. Very inconvenient if you’re going for a day only.
It is in the city, but not necessarily in the middle of the crowded zones which offers tranquility

The building is an old building in the residential area, looks more like an apartament building rather than a hotel. The parking behind the hotel is small and was full so we did not have anywhere to park but on the sidewalk. Breakfast was good in terms of food quality, variety and service however, the breakfast location is very small and so is the buffet, creating queues and long waiting times.
The room size is ok and the furniture is relatively new
