The cleaning is not the strong point of this hotel. Dirty tablecloths in the restaurant, moisture in the bathroom (easily cleanable with some products), and dusty reception bar at the swimming pool. The underplayed were missing in the restaurant, and the coffee was not easy to take.

The facilities are just great. Good size swimming pool and spa. The location of the hotel was also good. Good breakfast.

I didnt like the breakfast because they don't bring enough fruits ,cheese and déserts.And for the salade you think you eat one of yesterday.

the staff, i even forgot my girl earring in the room and a white cat toy. so sunday i called for 3 hour amd nobody picked up. they called back at 8 o’clock. they found the white cat toy. But for the earring, i have to wait they must speak with the cleaning personal.

Nice big room. breakfast was nice, good quality food. we arrived late at night for an overnight pit stop and the reception staff were very helpful. it is close enough to Brasov as well.

Arriving at 19:30 pm, an 18 yrs old reception teller told us that we arrive too late for check-in and our reservation was not available anymore ( although a credit card hold for a non refundable reservation, with a check in after 16:00pm and no other time restriction, was still valid according to my booking app/ email). I do not think that was his idea. As I asked to see the manager he quickly find 2 rooms for us ( missing towels, incomplete cleaning, inapropiate / unserviceable heating system).

Very nice, big and warm pool. The staff (mostly the frontdesk 2 guys), working hard, around the clock and covering reception, restaurant, bar, etc trying to respond to every request.

The value for money. Starting with the old elevators, continuing with the old moldy carpet on the hallways, old and scraping-off wall-paper, and mostly ending up with the bad bad breakfast!!

What I didn't like about the hotel..... Maintenance could be better. Air conditioner was not working. Shower faucet in bathroom was not working correctly and was really hard to get the hot water to work. Tile work in bathroom around door way and shower floor, needs work. You can tell it was not installed professionally, and repairs are very evident. Bathroom sink counter top had a chunk missing out of it. Sorry I work in construction and these things are very noticeable to me. Bathroom shower and floor could have been cleaner.......

Breakfast was good but lacked variety. Real orange juice would have been nice, instead of the orange drink. The staff was courteous, accommodating, and friendly. The hotel patron went above and beyond to make us welcome, especially for my 5 year old son. Beautiful swimming pool!

Everything became old and it needs improovement everywhere. Also, my personal and most important filter was 29° C The temperature of the pool, and I ve noticed that The pool is very bad built, I mean The big pool water is cold, 22, 23°, for aduls, and only The 2 jacuzzi are heated, but if there is crowded The water from both mixes and The temperature of the 3 spaces becomes almost The same. The personal was kind, but very poor dressed. I m sorry, I won t come back.

The hotel is big and nice and welcomming. The view and design is great.
