The place isn't new, and in some places it shows. For example, the carpets were worn out, stained, and the furniture is a little old, but I knew that beforehand, and to me, it doesn't matter much.

The location is very central. Parking is right in front of the building. Breakfast was great! Comfortable beds. The shower was clean. Towels were clean. I recommend paying the small extra for a room with a view of the castle.

Beds could have been more comfortable. We had a double beds/ twin room since I was traveling with my son. The mattress were very cheap and uncomfortable.

The included breakfast in the stay was a slighty bit disappointing. The juices seemed to be watered down, and the coffee machine had some issues and not many options. The food could've been a bit better with a few more different options.

The hotel is located quite close to the castle, there is a parking in front with limited spots but we managed to find a place easily arriving at around 7 pm. The room was nice as well as the main facilities, especially the lounge, which is visible in the picture was just adorable. The view towards the mountains from the balcony was quite beautiful.

We were fasting and arrived a few minutes before the restaurant closed, and we had more than an hour left to fast, but despite this, we ordered dinner and they waited for us until the end of the fast, and made us a romantic dinner, well done to the excellent staff.

Staff not really helpful. Breakfast was good but you don’t get to choose, they bring a lot of food according with what they decide (not good if you are vegetarian).

Room 117 hard to find initially. Poor signage. Bathroom light hidden behind bed headboard. Room small. Bed very low. Noise outside from generator. The place is tired. Carpets very worn.

Hotel and rooms are very old. The furniture, carpet and curtains need to be refreshed as they look like fro m the 1980s.

Location is perfect just 4min walking from lthe Castle. The beds are comfortable and each room has a big balcony. There is good water pressure in shower and the room amd bathroom are very clean. Breakfast was good, especially the eggs and pastries.

Number of parking spots does not satisfy hotel size especially during weekends when people are coming to hotel restaurant for dinner. Parking behind hotel is a bit dissorganized as there are no parking lines. Breakfast preparation and service may be improved a bit. It happened more than once that juice dispenzer was dosing plain water with juice flavour instead as empty at breakfast start and was fixed later, slide for toasts was not pushed far enough and every morning first toasts were "dissapearing" because falling behind toaster, fried eggs were swimming in oil.

Nice hotel at good location close pedestrian zone and Bran Castle. We enjoyed watching how sunrise and sunset enlights Bran Castle directly from your hotel room. There are plenty of parking places at hotel premises included in cost which is handy because Bran is very busy and overcrowded during turistic season. You can eat breakfast outside on terrace, plenty of choices for breakfast. Several nice rest areas inside and outisde of the hotel where you can sit and relax. We loved atrium with many flowers.

There is no air conditioning in the room and it was hot in the room despite the open window. There are no mosquito nets on the windows, so there were mosquitoes in the room which were very annoying. I had to get up 3 times during the night to kill them. Lower rating due to this

The accommodation is close to the Castle, a 5-minute walk. The staff is friendly, they speak English well, the room is clean, fairly spacious. Good breakfast buffet. Private parking with security I recommend it, and considering the other prices in the area, the accommodation is fine, but not cheap.

Staff was rude. Receptionist did our entire check in without saying a word while phoning a friend, and complaining about having to deal with guests in Romanian. Check out wasn’t much better.

There is no air conditioning in the rooms. While my room wasn’t too hot, having the balcony door/window tilted (open) allowed mosquitos to come in and loud road traffic to be heard throughout the night. There was no switch for the light over the bed, meaning I had to get out of bed when I was ready to stop reading and go to sleep.

The hotel is located on the Main Street of town. It has beautiful balconies with views of Bran castle for rooms on the front side. The restaurant served very good food.

Our room had a great view of the castle, but unfortunately that meant it was directly on the main road so very noisy at night due to traffic. There is no air conditioning which meant either loud or stifling.
