Sometimes there is a problem with a parking. Because there are many weddings take place in the events hall, the hotel parking has no free parkings and you have to look for the other parking in the area. Because of the weddings there is a little noise until late.

Bedding was inside out on both duvets, we have mentioned at the reception, also the cleaner, still they didn't change it, we had to do it ourselves. Towel was ripped with few holes in it, that was replaced to be fair.

It is a nice hotel, fitness centre quite alright. Pool side ok too.

The water massage facilities were not working during our stay. Breakfast coffee quality doesn't measure up to the rest of services.

Had a lovely 4 night stay. Beautiful location, atmosphere and view. Quality services and facilities, good varied breakfast. The pool is spacious and clean. Perfect location surrounded by nature but also close to the city center and Poiana Brasov.

Jacuzzi part did not work in the pool. You have to ask to get the steam room on. Restaurant (which is good!) is across the street, it is not far but it was quite rainy which was a small issue.

I had a fantastic stay at Grand Hotel Belvedere. The staff were welcoming, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the atmosphere was peaceful from start to finish. The spa facilities were excellent — I didn’t book any treatments, but simply enjoying the sauna, steam room, and relaxation areas was more than enough to feel refreshed. Breakfast was fresh and varied, and the entire hotel felt calm and well cared for. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, restful escape.

A little further from the city difficult to reach the hotel on foot. However, this can be a big plus when the purpose of the trip is tourism.

Walking back from the old town is up a steep hill. The gym equipment was a bit lacking in variety.

The premises / interior is fairly outdated (e.g. carpets), tiny bathrooms- the breakfast offered in part of a convention room was as un- cozy as it gets- not acceptable for a 4* hotel Finding the ‘right’ reception and parking was a bit of a challenge

AI generated musak playing constantly in the public areas. Out of control children running around the restaurant at breakfast. The only lift was out of service.

Nice view of Brasov. The outdoor and indoor swimming pools were good. The room had an slideable insect screen covering the door to the balcony, so we could sleep without air-conditioning and leave the door open.

Big new hotel, situated on a hill, it offers a quiet atmosphere and a perfect view of the new town. Walking down, to the old center takes 10+ minutes on a steep road. We had a triple room for the whole family of four and the "kid's bed" was not meant to be for two people. The swimming pool was about 20 meters long and 1.35 meters in depth with hot water. Good breakfast. Free outside parking next to the building.

I would expect a bar area for a drink at night instead of going out every night for a beer or cocktail. Just this.

The cleaning ladies from the pool area to the rooms where doing their job amazing.Room was super clean every day and pool area was spotless. The dinner at the hotel restaurant was amazing. Reception staff was very polite and helpfull. Excellent work guys.keep it up.
