Charming atmosphere, tasteful choice of furniture, a combination of bourgeois and cosiness.. Impeccable room, fresh food for breakfast. Care for the little details that matter. We had a relaxing night. Allowing pets is a big plus for us. Thank you, we will certainly come back.

The lobby bar area needs some renovation, as there was a rain ingress from the ceiling. However, it was not an issue for us.

The staff was rude. Also is not a true pet friendly hotel. Even from the first interaction at reception , we were told that we should have announced when booking that we are coming with a dog. We were not allowed to enter the restaurant of the hotel with our dog…basically we’ ve been kicked out from the breakfast.

This hotel in Craiova is a JEWEL! It comprises of two connected buildings, a new extension and the older part. This is a wonderful ART D'ECCO building! Of course, carefully renovated and with all modern amenities. And having extraordinary timber structures, beautiful colour stain glass windows and coloured stain glass ceilings in Restaurant, Bar, Reception area etc. A lot of famous Artists (film, Rock Music) and football players were over the years hotel guests, it can be admired in rare photos on the walls. KITCHEN: dinner was excellent, so the Red Wine, breakfast buffet with lots of options. PARKING: plenty of car parking.

The only downside was the balcony setup, not really child friendly.

Big room, plenty of space. Really clean and well kept bathroom. Diverse breakfast, swedish style. Really good placement, close to the city centre, 15-20 minutes walking distance. The staff was nice and helpful.

cleaniness of the toilet was not respecting the so called "seal".

Good value for money when factoring the booking.com genius discount. Interior nice but a bit dated, especially the bathroom. With a good price offer it's worth considering.

Not very clean room (especially crumbs of food on the carpet), no electric kettle. Overall, the hotel is good, but the quality to price ratio is inadequate. For the price, the quality should be much better. Alternatively, for the provided quality the price should be much lower.

The location is ideal for getting to know Craiova. The room was super spacious, clean and the staff is very polite. Tasty food but I don't expect anything less in the Balkans :)

The hotel room door lock was swinging, it did not really secure the room.
