Spa misuage by guests. No hygene rules such as shower before pool or after sauna were observed by guests, incl. entering with street shoes, jumping in the pool. The hotel staff shall be diligent with spa rules and shall forbid usage by undisciplined visitors or change the spa destination. One can t enjoy a massage due to noise and jumps in the pool despite small size. All guests shall be respected, we have chosen the hotel with a spa for purpose of relaxation. In western countries, spa usage below age of 16 is forbidden. If it s a spa, then it s a spa and not a kids playground. The hotel staff has the obligation to educate guests on usage etiquette and also specifically on hygene rules for respect towards all guests.

Parking was a bit stressful for us because our car was blocked by two other cars which left their mobile phones in the window, apparently this is the system. Luckily we didn’t need to call anyone, they left before we needed to.

Excellent food, best swimming pool with lovely scenery, towels, drinks, shower, wet sauna and salt room. Couch was very comfortable to sleep in, easy check in after enjoying the pool (reservation needed and closes at 20:00).

We liked everything, maybe something to think about, in the future to have a direct connection between the old building and the SPA. Is difficult to get outside especially during the winter just in the slippers and the bathrobe.

Insulation of room was bad. We heard whoever speaking at hall, movement of chairs. Pool and restaurant were small. Pool is not okay to be used more than 10 people. Restaurant was expensive.

Staff was friendly, rooms are clean, towels were changed everyday. Food was good at the restaurant. Beds are comfortable. Peles castle is close. Bus station is close.

Too much said 'didn't like' but the Spa was closed too soon, in my opinion. 8pm is too early for a holiday schedule. Also, due to the fact that there were a few rooms occupied, in the last night, the restaurant schedule was reduced also to 9pm. It is again too early for a holiday schedule, for me. However, all facilities are really great, the staff is nice and there for any problem, and I strongly recommend the massage.

The location, way up the mountain, was fabulous. The facilities were clean and comfortable. The pool was phenomenal. Great restaurant and staff. There really was nothing not to like about this hotel.

The location was so serene and close to the forrest, the rooms are decorated in a royal style, the food so tasty, the staff members were nice and helpful, everything was amazing - except the fact that our room didn’t have an AC. But there are also rooms that have one - or you can request a fan. Our favorite stay in Sinaia so far. We will come back for sure.

The old building needs a little more work. The food was not that great, they need some improvements in the kitchen (for the a-la-carte meniu).

The area is really nice. The accommodation is pretty good and worth the money. It is located in a quiet area, on the way to cota 1400. The new pool area looks amazing. Very good breakfast selection.

Front desk staff wasn't very professional. Prices at the restaurant are on the higher end even though the food is mediocre. The most bothersome thing is that access to the pool is not included by default, it's 100lei/pers, limited to 2h. Paying 200 lei extra per night easily gets you 5 star hotel with everything included in Sinaia or Azuga.

It's a nice hotel, clean and well maintained, in a lovely area for people looking for something remote, with fresh air and a nice view, but some things are not up to par with the 4 star rating. The breakfast was good, but lacked diversity, could also use some better coffee.

This is a truly exceptional place. In Foișorul cu Flori you find attention to the least details, comfort, quality of services, including food and drinks at the Restaurant. Sinaia is considered the Carpathian's gem, for me Foișorul cu Flori is Sinaia's gem. The new facilities (the Spa Center) add value to this fabolous place.

The bathroom started to smell at some point like drains, the main head shower did not work, and the water took too long to warm up. We asked for information about sauna when we arrived. The staff informed us that we need to book it only 30 min before we want to go. When we called the reception, around 4 pm, to book for 5 pm the same day, we were told they were fully booked all afternoon, and the sauna closes at 8 pm. It was very disappointing that we couldn't use it anymore. Except for the restaurant staff, everyone else was not bothered to show friendliness.

The location was close to the Peles Castle, 25 min walk to the town center. The decor of the hotel was very quaint, the room was spacious with a lovely view..The breakfast was great, with many choices, we loved that they changed some of the options the next day. The restaurant was so pretty, with a beautiful view and lovely music
