They have few sunbeds for the location. If you wanna stay at the pool, witch is great, you don't have enough spots for the room numbers. The staff from the pool was hard to find and if you wanted to order they say "right away" and went missing. This is the only minus.

This was our second time at Elexus Predeal, we loved it last year and decided to return, even just for a day. The heated pool outside, awesome as always. Restaurant and breakfast food, amazing. Will be coming again!

- the hairdryer stopped at random times....but not a big downside because I do not think there was a instance were I need to leave fast after a shower - if you are on the pool side there is music from 11am to 10 pm.....not a criticism but to make aware for people who cannot sleep with noise - on the pool deck please go without slippers because 4/10 times you may slip - so tv stations do not have sound. I do not know if technology has beaten me but some TV station were with no audio...We survived though :))))

- great room with all we needed - great bed with a lot of pillows...the min chocolate was a bonus - bathroom was always clean - the breakfast had all you need for a great morning meal....the is champagne and a chocolate fountain....which are things that I did not see at a morning meal until this hotel. You do not need to worry there is food for everybody and great food. - As it was my mother's birthday on the first day we were there, we received a surprise in the room that had: a bottle of champagne and some sweets. It was a great birthday gift <3 - there is room service and you can eat later in the evening - The pool is heated and even though it rained most days we were there...relaxing in the pool while it was raining was great - the sauna the salina and the jacuzzies are also something you should try - the hotel that is across the way Robinson is a great place to try some food and is less expensive. Please try the fondue it is great. - For cat lovers the are cats on the property which you can pet and have fun with - at the pool the offer you towels you do not need to bring them from the room - we will return for sure

Super hard to get to without a car! You have a very steep hill to get by and if you have a bit of luggage it’s a bit annoying! Plus, daily strolls mean you have to go down and up that steep hill every time. Besides that a few safety things were missing, it didn’t have approval from fire department, the elevators had maintenance expired. It was clear the owner put a lot of money and effort in the hotel itself (looks, tech, facilities, staff training) but safety is equally if not more important so it would’ve been nice to not see these issues. Besides that, hard to get in with a stroller or if you are a person with disabilities.

The staff was exceptional, I don’t know if the hotel got lucky or if they have very good training but they were phenomenal! They were very nice, polite and helpful!

An unpleasant pipe-like smell in the bathroom, hard to get rid of. Also the food was pricey and overall not up to the expectations

I would like to add only a few things regarding the Spa : 1: No bracelet for the lockers in order to take our stuff whenever we wanted , had to wait sometimes for a staff member to lock/unlock 2. A clock at the pool would be cool to have it to know exactly when we have to get out in order to respect the program 3. And a small policy regarding the people to not steal your slippers while at the pool 😜😂

All was good from the staff to all facilities and comfort zones along with the SPA. The restaurant was top notch ! I would like to thank everyone for all the work and the experience they gaved us on our staying!

We had some difficulties going into the property with our luggages through the stairs which would’ve been easier if there was a ramp.

Property was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the jacuzzi and swimming pool. We also thought the breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from.

The minibar in the room didn't have the prices tagged. Maybe a bench where to sit in their front garden.
