Really snug bed, large well-furnished room, easy to use shower. Breakfast was delicious and the manageress of the breakfast area went to much trouble to see that I obtained an excellent omlette - I really appreciated this!

In front of the hotel there is a terrace and in the evenings I could hear the noise of people chatting and lounging, it was a bit annoying.

The room was elegant and clean. I liked the view over the city's main attractions. The staff was nice and helpful.

The shower had some hair left over from previous stay, i suppose, and some dust near hair dryer. It was quite cold in the room too. Turned on the air conditioner, but it didn’t gave much.

The restaurant was not to my liking. I ate there for dinner on the evening of my arrival and for breakfast the following morning, at lunch I decided I had to go elsewhere. The restaurant is in a classical style with widely spaced tables, and at dinner the staff satisfied my request for a table next to a power outlet. However, contrary to what I had read in some reviews, the menu consisted of Romanian fare (or imitation Italian), and the dishes were of mediocre quality though not especially cheap. I did not eat particularly late, but halfway through my meal it became suddenly very cold (no sign of an open door, I don't know if they switched off the heating), and -- I forget whether this was at dinner or at breakfast the following morning -- the staff took to vacuuming and cleaning around the table with pungent detergents. I visited in late November, out of season, which may account for the fact the restaurant was largely deserted and for the "liberties" the staff were prepared to take. Breakfast menus were not adapted to West European tastes.

The hotel is in a central location close to the touristy areas, and is architecturally attractive. My room was very spacious, quiet, warm and well appointed, the bed was comfortable, the ensuite bathroom was also spacious, everything in working order and clean.

Perfect location in the heart of Iasi but still in a very quiet location, walking distance to lots of touristic attractions or the public transport in any direction, 10 min walking to the Palace Mall. Good breakfast with several options to choose from, large rooms and very good conditions for a reasonable price.

We arrived in the middle of the night and was welcomed with a smile. Got a nice room with a city view, clean and comfortable. It was still very hot, so it took a while for the air-condition to make an impact. Overall it was a nice short stay.

Breakfast: very large portions, cold set tasty, but unfortunately the omelette and sausages were cold every time. Perhaps this is how breakfast is served in Romania.

Location: the hotel is in a very good location, close to places to visit and to the business centre. Cleanliness: generally clean, although could be cleaned more thoroughly. Bed linen clean and fragrant, towels clean. Bathroom equipped with soap and shampoo. Staff: very friendly and helpful, thank you for your support.

Maybe a Swedish buffet or several options to combine at breakfast. And clearly the inclusion of several drinks in the breakfast option, not just one.

The hotel was very beautiful and located in the heart of the city. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated in a classic style. I really liked the extra large bed and the place to read by the window. My husband really liked the huge TV. The receptionist was very kind and helpful.
