There aren't any light weights (.5, 1, 2,2.5 kilos) at the gym so I couldn't train with weights. There aren't enough electric sockets in the room so it wasn't comfortable to charge phones etc.

The staff were wonderful, especially Rene at reception. Also the waiters in the restaurant were great The room was really comfortable and we enjoyed the pool . The hotel is in an amazing location...near Union Square.

The selection was generous, featuring both local and international options, all prepared with care and served in a relaxed setting. The location is another key advantage: peaceful and scenic, with easy access to main attractions. The view from the hotel, in particular, was stunning and added an extra layer of enjoyment to my stay. I will certainly return on my next visit.

The only minor drawback I noticed was that the spa area, as well as some parts of the hotel interior, could benefit from a bit of renovation and a more modern touch. While everything was functional and clean, updating the design could elevate the overall luxury experience even further

I think they should mention in the description what the restrictions are for the dogs. Being a pet friendly hotel, I expect they would accommodate dogs of any size, but it's not the case and it's not mentioned in the description.

Unexpectedly spacious room, comfy beds and good amenities in the room. The staff was very polite and friendly to us, offered us fresh cookies and a discount for the restaurant on premises. The location is perfect, the hotel is in walking distance from all nice shops and restaurants. We were accommodated with our golden retriever nonetheless they had some restrictions regarding the dog size.

The pool water was like a bath it was so so hot - I booked this hotel specifically because I need to swim laps for my back and it was the first time in my life I was sweating while swimming! Would recommend turning down the heat to 27 degrees at least.
