You have pool, and breakfest, the room was clean, and we have a nice view. They have fresh cakes made by them into the loby and the limonade was made with lemon, not with chimicals....

SwitzerlandIf I had to mention something I didn’t like, I would say I was a bit sad that the swimming pool didn’t have a deep end. I think I understand why that might be, but still, it would have been nice to swim and not be mindful of the bottom all the time. Another thing was that the pool opens at 9 a.m., which is in the middle of breakfast time (8 a.m.–10 a.m.). Luckily the ladies in charge at the swimming pool were nice and often allowed access a little before 9 a.m. so I could swim and make it to breakfast in time to eat.
I was pleasantly surprised with my stay at Hotel Domogled. It was my first time in Baile Herculane, and I was looking for a quiet, restful place. Hotel Domogled did not disappoint. A lot of the clientele is there to take advantage of the various balneotherapy procedures performed in the onsite clinic. There's also a swimming pool open to all the hotel guests. I had a double room with a balcony on the 4th floor with a gorgeous view of the park in front, flanked by mountains. The room was newly furnished, luminous, quiet, and very clean. The bathroom was in good working order, clean, and big enough not to feel crammed. There is a buffet restaurant on the premises where breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served. The menu is well selected (mostly Romanian dishes), there is plenty of variety (at least three choices of soups, meats, and side dishes), and the quality of the food is consistently good. My room included breakfast, but after trying their lunch menu once, I had most of my lunches in there, paying separately. Try it once. You might be coming back. The atmosphere is quiet; no loud music, no loud guests, no parties at midnight. The personnel both in the restaurant and at reception are friendly, attentive, polite, and patient.

RomaniaThere were some downsides: 1. One significant issue was that the room did not have proper heating. This forced me to pile on three sheets to stay warm during the night, which was far from ideal. 2. Initially, I had a good room, but the key got stuck, leading to a room change. Unfortunately, the replacement room had two beds instead of the king-sized bed I had initially booked, which was disappointing.
The positives were: 1. The staff at the hotel were exceptional. The receptionist was incredibly kind and always greeted us with a warm smile. The cleaning crew did an excellent job maintaining the cleanliness of the rooms. 2. The indoor pool was a great feature, and the fact that it was warm made swimming even more enjoyable. Having a hot shower nearby after swimming was a nice touch. Swimming at night was a wonderful way to relax and relieve stress. 3. The balcony provided a lovely view, adding to the overall ambiance of the stay.

RomaniaIt is December and the heat is on only in the evening, for 4 hours. During the night you freeze and when asked about it, the guard said that it was the decision of the manager of the hotel. I think it just about stealing your money and that is all. Very impolite receptionist as well. Better run away from this location. It is a shame that they call themselves a 3 * hotel. I will file a complaint anyway.

RomaniaFirst of all the room was not clean, the room did not have propper lighting. The bathroom light bulbs were totally broken almost zero light and also the shower cabin had mold. The toilet seat was broken. At night was cold given the fact that the heating sistem was on for abou an hour. Overall a bad experience and the pictures on booking do not represent the true aspect of the room. They had a pool which in pictures looks nice but in reality it was more or less in the same condition as the bathroom. And on top of all the beds were totally bad and cheap causing pain and basically not being able to sleep properly.
