The room was really really cold. It's unacceptable that in December, snowy and below zero, the heaters are turned on from 9pm only and just turned off a couple of hours later. I couldn't even have a good shower after a long day outside because, despite letting it running, hot water wasn't actually that hot. No sockets next to bed. Oh, and the long long balcony has no dividers anymore (why?), so basically anyone could step in into your room, should you want to keep the window open - but this wasn't our case, of course. Disappointing.

I loved the lobby, almost all the original architecture was kept - the 3D ceiling is stunning! Room and toilet were clean, Wi-Fi worked smoothly, and staff was friendly. Free parking on the road in front of the hotel.

The neighborhood was quiet given the fact we stayed during the weekend. However, around 5 AM some visitors yelled for a long period in the halls and the personnel did not intervene.

Breakfast is basic and the meat products are low quality.

The hotel feels very dated. Although the room had air conditioning, it wasn’t working. Some of the electrical fittings were concerning, with plugs coming loose from the wall and exposed wires where it looked like a fire alarm used to be. The bathroom also wasn’t well maintained, with visible mold around the sink taps and bath. Breakfast was reasonable for a 3-star hotel, but the dining experience was disappointing. The on-site restaurant was open when I went to get dinner, yet there was no staff around, leaving me unsure where else to go in town. Overall, the stay was not very comfortable and the property is in need of maintenance and better management.

The rooms are not renovated. Bed holder was broke and wabbly. Looks like from 1970’s comunist era. AC did not work properly; remote control dead.

Location is very good. And clean. Breakfast good. And that’s about it.

Dirty, no lights, mold, staff was slow and unhelpful. Found bugs in the towels. Glasses were unclean Mold everywhere. Ac turned on on it's own.

- I’ve booked the room for 3 days and they didn’t come to clean the room at all during our stay even though we have paid for it - There was no hot water - There was no light bulbs in the room, there were just to bed side lumps with only one bulb working - I have explicitly asked for a double bed as we were a couple and they have us to separate singles And the list can continue. The worst hotel so far- I am only giving 1 star for the location

Dirty unclean and generally grubby. I am sure this was once a nice hotel to stay in years ago but now just feels dirty tired and unloved. We stayed as we needed our room as our flight was cancelled so it served a purpose but certainly somewhere i would not rush back to.

The breakfast was rather scarce, the altogether amenities gave a communist era vibe however it was clean and the staff was friendly. The sheets were rather rough, felt more like a cloth material than a sheet

The place is ancient. There hasn't been a renovation done to it since before the Revolution. It's a great location and I remember it to be the absolute best.

old/tv not working properly/AC wile working smells extremely bad/ busted bulbs and missing/ door key expired every 24 hours….I have to ask receptionist for help…..very stressful / balcony is not private….is just common with neighbors
