The place is small but cozy and very clean, with everything you might need for a short stay. The host is very responsive and helpful. Just a heads-up—if you’re a light sleeper, bring earplugs as some noise from the corridor can be heard. Overall, a pleasant stay!

The air conditioning did not fully meet my expectations, and the internet speed was occasionally slow. Although the room was clean and functional, its small size created a slightly heavy atmosphere. The most disturbing issue was the noise from other guests opening and closing their doors, as there were three room doors directly facing mine. This caused several interruptions to my sleep. Additionally, the sound of water during rainy weather was noticeable. Light dust was observed on the shelf․

We appreciated the smooth and fully self-service check-in and check-out process, which made the experience convenient. The room was entirely clean, non-smoking, and well-maintained. The staff responded promptly and politely to my messages, and the cleanliness of the accommodation was excellent. The location was also convenient, with easy access to public transportation and a safe surrounding area. Overall, the stay was well-organized and suitable for a short visit․

There were 4 parking spots for the entire building, meaning that you can't rely on finding a free spot 24/7. But that's a minor issue, as there is paid street parking as well and plenty of space.

No elevator, which can be an inconvenience if you have luggage.The stairs case is quite narrow as well.In the room there is no place to hang your clothes except the closet.In the bathroom there is no place to hang your towels except the corner of the radiator. I understand can be heart breaking to drill holes in the marble however it will be very convenient to be able to hang your towels proper and now you can find many options which do not require any drilling.The system for fire prevention is located just on top of the bed and the little green light is blinking quite powerful in the dark which weak me up.

Very good location, with many good restaurants around. I had a parking spot right in front of the place. The room was clean, with a simple but nice design. I really liked the carpet as it makes the space feel warm. Big TV set, comfortable bed. The temperature inside was perfect.

From the very first moment we fell in love with this hotel. Everything was so clean and fresh. The interiors were fantastic! Minimalistic and very stylish. We had absolutely no problems with check in and check out, everything was super easy and really good explained by the owner. The placement is great too, there’re some restaurants and shops nearby. Everything you need is around 1-2 km from the hotel. Long story short it was a pleasure for us to stay there. We’ll definitely choose this hotel again for our next trip.
