The 2 dogs a little scary as they bark & jump against the fence when you walk by (if they are outside in their area). It was OK once I got used to them. Traffic noise till about 10.30-11 pm but slept well.

Clean, cosy & comfortable. Great communication & entry info received. Nice decour, spacious shared lounge, kitchen & outdoor area. Easy flat 10 minute walk to train station. A few restaurants & supermarkets nearby, and a nice shopping mall about 15. Bus or 35 min walk to main town area. Enjoyed my 4 night stay here. Thank you.

All good. I wish there was a washing machine in the apartment and more pots.

The host was very nice and easy to deal with. He sent me the directions how to check in and answered in timely manner. He provided me with extra blanket when I said it was cold at night.

noisy air conditioner, air conditioner is not very strong, barking dogs when coming/leaving apartment despite a full kitchen, cooking is discouraged (basically heating up takeout the sloped ceiling can be troublesoom for those who are taller while using bathroom door to the room has lots of glass allowing daylight in as well as kitchen/common area light -- could be a problem if your "roomate" turns on lights early/late and you are bothered by light

practical location near bus/train station, (good for bran daytrip), quiet newer residential neighborhood. short walk to big modern AFI mall, room is in a recently renovated apartment. full kichen (although not advertised), nice common areas (though very hot in summer, not air conditioned) this is a two bedroom apartment and renting one room means you share the the livingroom/kitchen area with another guest nice outdoor sitting area. some extras like board games, books, bluetooth speaker.

The roof in the room was low, so tall people might feel uncomfortable, and the kitchen/living room are shared with another room if you only book one room. And there are two dogs downstairs, they are always barking when you enter the place or leave the place.. which is a bit annoying.

Very clean and the owner was very helpful, it’s about 15 mins walking from the brasov train station.. and 35 mins walking to the brasov old town/ or 15 mins by bus

I really enjoy my stay at Cucu Residence. The room was comfortable, the living room with the kitchen was great, we had to spend a lot od time there because of my injured leg and everything was great. The kitchen was very well equipped, I loved the coffee express and toster and really beautiful plates and glasses 😄 I like the plants, especially beautiful grapes next to the stairs🥰 I recommend this place and I would go there again. The host was really communicative and friendly - thank you for everything!

Shower was leaking a bit and the kitchen/living room is shared with another room. But nonetheless, the room is huge, so its not a big of a deal.

The apartment was clean, spacious and the owner is simply phenomenal. He also brought his homegrown tomatoes. Also parking spot in near, but is payable (2 lei per hour from 8:00 to 20:00). Nearby is also bus station and park where you can run. If you want to visit the centre of Brasov you just take bus 2 or 36 and it takes about 10-15 min.

The place is super nice. One of the nicest aparments I've stayed in. They even had a guitar that made me feel like home. I loved the place and is very close to the train station.

Didn't mention they were stairs to climb. The location could have been great for a family but for separate travellers (the apartment was splitted in two in order to gain 2 separate rooms - more money logical) far too noisy - you can hear every whisper from the other room. Parking facilities only if you are in luck. Several tiny things wich all together...hmmm.

The shower leaked, there wasn't any AC despite the listing saying there was (we were given a floor fan) and the room was a sauna due to the skylight having no covering. However, we have spoken to the owner and they said that they will sort this out.

Check in was really easy and really flexible, so was checking out so you don't need to stress about flight delays etc. The area was quiet. There was a lovely shared living area and balcony area with a well stocked kitchen. The location was great as it was within walking distance of a bunch of shops and restaurants. The owner was very helpful and parking was easy to sort out using the TPark app. Great for couples/solo travellers, however you do have to go up 2 flights of stairs to get to your room so it is not accessible.

The apartment was very dirty. They were not cleaned before our arrival. The kitchen sink is greasy and sticky. The shower drain is clogged and there are cracks at the bottom. When you take a shower, the water from the drain rises. And you stand with your feet in this stinking muck. The bed linen was stale. Someone slept in the bed before us, and they didn’t change him. I asked the owner for fresh linen. He brought it. But when I changed the linen on the bed, I saw how dirty the mattress was underneath. We stayed there overnight only because it was late and we were tired from the trip. And there was no strength to look for anything else. I don't know where the high ratings come from. I don't recommend it. Book if you like extreme conditions like in a barn.
