Wonderful stay – exceeded expectations! I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the location was perfect – close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fresh options. I truly felt welcomed and taken care of. Highly recommended – I would definitely come back!

A little bit of lack of coordination Some things (drinks, snacks...) could be credited to the room and others couldn't. Which led to us being chased by the staff to pay for some drinks one of the days, even though we had been told by reception only 30 minutes before that these could be credited to the room.

The hotel (room, lobby, breakfast room...) was clean and the rooms were a very good size and comfy. The staff were kind. The location was good for us as we were traveling for business. The area is calm, and had quite a few very nice restaurants, a very good mall close by, etc.

Everything was excellent.

We loved this hotel. We were upgraded to an executive suite which was fantastic. Very spacious with a great view of the town. The breakfast was excellent. All staff were very helpful and friendly. We will stay here again in the future. Highly recommended.

It's far from the center (but close to the airport). Soundproof from the street was not very good. The restaurant was a bit overpriced in my opinion (had a dinner).

A bathtub in the room, wine as a welcome gift (I forgot it in the room!:( ), free promotion to the bigger room with a separate bedroom. Staff was amazing, fixed everything quickly. Good for the short business stay since it's near the airport.

The heater in the room didn't really work so it got a bit cold, also I had a cute bathtub but no plug, so I was a bit sad. But nothing serious

The shower is elevated (probably to account for the sanitary installation) which meant the shower head couldn't be above my head (I'm normal sized) for showering, but it was still fine. The ventilation system in the bathroom wasn't that effective. Maybe it's linked to the AC which I didn't need. The view from the window into a backyard with smoking people and some not to good looking buildings was also not that nice. Although the hotel is in the city it can still be quite time-consuming to go to the city centre. The bus, which was supposed to take 25 min, in the end travelled 85 minutes due to traffic. It seems that a tram line is being built in front of the hotel, which means it could get better once the tram line opens.

The welcome was really nice and warm. The hotel has a rather modern look in comparison to other hotels in the city. My room was spacious and adequately equipped with everything I needed. It had a nice bed and a large TV with plenty of channels. The breakfast was really good and there was plenty of choice (including some local specialties). The staff was always attentive and served coffee, tee or juices. There a few bus stops nearby, which makes moving around from the hotel quite easy (although it can be time-consuming: see below).
