The only thing i would complain about is the smell from the bathroom, the pipes were giving off a horrible smell, one night was enough with that smell.

The room was incredible, the tent on the beach was decorated like a room from a Mexican hut. Very romantic. The staff were very helpful and polite, breakfast was yummy!!

It wasn't clear how to use the hot tub and if it was on. There wasn't much variety in the food for healthy choices - my girlfriend and I left desperate for salad and fresh juice/smoothies.

The hotel is right on the beach and the bar and restaurant are on the sand. The views are fabulous and the rooms were magnificent. The bar and waiting staff don't speak English, but we used Google Translate and it was great fun - they could not have been kinder, and more helpful. It is a quiet hotel. The food was good and the staff are attentive. There isn't much else close by like other restaurants which is a shame and not the fault of the hotel. We had not been to Romania before and after our experience here we would certainly go back.

The staff is amazing. The place is very clean. You have everything you may need, but if there's anything you miss, just speak with the staff. The beach and the location itself it's unique in Romania! We will return ASAP with such a big pleasure! ❤

The five starts were a stretch- there were lots of bells and whistles, but very little true quality or elegance. Also, the bedroom mattress was horrible- no support whatsoever. We ended up sleeping on the couch.

The staff was super friendly, attentive, and hard working and things were kept clean. The beach was also very nice- clean and classy.

- Missing air conditioner in the bedroom. - Video camera on the tablet at the entry (I don't know if it was recording or not). - Overpriced (455 euro per night only with breakfast included)

This isn’t a 5 star hotel, I paid almost 900€ (4400 RON) for 4 nights, expecting to get 5 star conditions. I don’t know how it looked when they opened and who gave them 5 stars or what conditions need to be met for this, but for me this is a 3 star hotel, way too overpriced. The breakfast is awful, bad ingredients which are not always the same, the restaurant has way too high prices for what they serve. Restaurant is a 1/10. Sun beds are dirty and I also found spiders on the chairs on the terrace. It’s next to the main road so it can get a bit noisy (keep in mind if you are travelling with a baby). In addition, almost every night the staff were playing music too loud, but during the day, it was very quiet.

Cleaning ladies were very nice, it’s next to the beach, you have free sunbeds (even though they are dirty), rooms are spatious.

A lot of furniture in rooms with an old and musty smell. Dark rooms. The furniture in the living room does not correspond to the pictures shown on the booking - for the same apartment. The breakfast reminded me of the communist period. The menu, in terms of weight, portions for children at 5* prices. Extremely few choices. "The restaurant" was actually a closed area on the beach, with green light and hostel-style linoleum on the floor. Strong feeling that I ate in the bathroom! The armchairs and chairs on the terrace were mostly broken, and most of the upholstered ones were dirty. Overall a rather repulsive feeling. We had to call twice to get toilet paper - a bit embarrassing :)

The breakfast was at the level of a 3-star guesthouse! The position of the rooms on the beach and the fine sand on the beach were the main reasons why I chose this hotel.
