How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

The service was excellent, large rooms, good breakfast, location near the AFI Mall, a short taxi ride to the Old City, we had parking on the hotel grounds.Great place for trips throughout the area

The room and bathroom were spacious and very clean, the breakfast had many options, the staff were helpful and respectful, willing to help with everything. Free parking was a good point.

Hotel a great base to explore Brasov. Room was clean and had what needed. Staff really looked after us, were helpful and answered all the questions we had. Breakfast was brilliant and filling.

Before leaving we explained that there were no complementary water bottles in the room when we arrived, we took the ones from the minibar, thinking that those were the ones, it appeared that the receptionist understood, but still made us pay for the bottles.
Spacious room, clean, breakfast was good, right next to the shopping center, staff was nice and helpful , the neighborhood was quiet

- it didn't affect us (we arrived by train) but the parking is a little bit problematic in there (few parking places in the courtyard), but you have options in the public parking on the street.
- very good location just between train station and old town - very good facilities - rooms are large, bathroom also, with good conditions (clean, cosy, hot water, heating, all you may need) - breakfast is ok, good variety of food

The breakfast should be open at 7.30 but was complete only at 7.50. We only have been the only guest at that moment but hat to leave at 8.00 This was a little detail.
very good breakfast and clean hotel close to the mall and centre of the town. Parking in front of the hotel in the garden. Very friendly staff. Quite and relaxed neigberhood.

Even the hotel is not quite downtown, it is nearby AFI Mall, that means near a lot of restaurants. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and the shower with the right pressure of water. Very friendly staff, good breakfast.

Room was good: very clean, bed was comfortable, everything worked. Breakfast was good, plenty of options. Location is ok, near AFI Brasov, 30 minute walk to Piata Sfatului. Staff was very nice and helpful.

From the moment we arrived (we checked in quite late at night) we were very well taken care of. The staff could not have been more helpful. The room was a very decent size with great amenities and a huge bed. The breakfast service was efficient and the food was of a very high standard.

Apart from that aspect with the breakfast, nothing major to complain about.
I stayed only one night. Good location, large and well-equipped rooms, exemplary cleanliness. Own parking which can be a bit small if all the rooms are occupied. The staff is very kind and customer oriented. The breakfast in its own way is varied (as is the composition), quantitatively all together is much more than what you need for breakfast, but being in the form of 4 preset menus it is a bit disturbing that you cannot choose what you want and how much you want from they.

The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast is great. The hotel is located at the back street of AFI Brașov so it is very convenient for food and shopping and yet very quiet. The owner is very friendly and nice to let us check-in early. 100% recommended!!

Nothing really
The hotel was just 20 mins walk from the centre of town, and a £2 taxi ride back! They kindly fitted our car into the car park. We had been to Draculas Castle before checking in.

would be nice to have a covered seating area outside for smokers. Some of us older smokers don't like to stand.
Awesome modern hotel, clean, well run, quite, rooms have everything you need, close to AFI Mall and an easy walk to the center.

Parking spots inside yard are limited, but wasn't a problem for me personally as I had space.
Room was huge! Air con works fine, breakfast are 4 choices and are fine. Would recommend staying. Surroundings were quiet .
