The food is a bit pricy... if you can say this as a minus..

The service can be easily compared with the 5 star hotels i've visited. Everything sparkling clean and quiet everywhere. They even gave me a sampagne as it was my birthday and also plotted with my sister-in-law for a cake delivery with this ocasion. The outside poll warm and clean. The saunas very clean.

I really can't think of anything that I didn't like or enjoy.

It was a beautiful drive to get to the hotel. The restaurant was exceptional. The food was great along with the staff. The view from the resort is beyond belief. Glad found the place and wish could have stayed longer.

Everything was just perfect! Great reception management who spoiled me and offered a bottle of prosseco for my birthday. And they offered a late checkout so easily.

We stayed for 3 days. Beds are not that comfort blr and the furniture is old and not been maintained (night table Next to the bed). Water outside the shower area everytime you take a bath (please replace the Rubber beedings). Breakfast alright but not 5 Star. Very bad bread (raw) and dinner at the Restaurant was not good too. Kaiserschmarrn absolutely not upto Mark.

Location and Spa are very nice. Wonderful terrace to have a drink in the evening. Infinite Pool and Sauna are highly recommended.

Best place I have ever stayed. Super clean apartment with view over the mountains. Enjoyed the spa, with organized activities. We had a great time to relax and enjoy. Very good breakfast. They helped me buy amazing flowers for my wife, and placed in the room before I arrived. Forgotten a shirt, and they contacted me and sent it to my home. Thank You for both! Will come back for sure, maybe once a year.

Prices of dinners are steep, given it’s Romania and there were no other options to dine at. But food was great, fresh every day and service was excellent

Castelnor is definitely an excellent choice for a family skiing holiday. We had lots of snow, hotel provided free shuttle to the Arena slopes and the wellness spa is excellent, loved by adults and children. Breakfast is very generous. The only comment is about its location. Once you are there, you can’t get anywhere unless you have a car.

I didn't like the fact that we could hear our neighbors talking in the next room and they weren't even that loud.....and we could still hear them very well. The standard price is quite high for Paltinis and surroundings.

I appreciate the quality of the location and of the services. Breakfast was great! Spa and views were amazing!

The food at the restaurant is below average and extremely expensive for what they offer. Unfortunately there aren’t a lot of options around. The spa area is nice, but the pool is not very big and on the first night, when there were more people on the hotel, we couldn’t find a seat at the pool for all three of us.

Nice rooms, clean and spacious. The staff is very helpful and nice, both at the reception and the restaurant. The shuttle to Arena Platos is very useful and free of charge. The pool and the spa area is ok, with a great view. Nice breakfast

A little vent noise în the silent of the night! I can hear the tv through the wall! Of course my girlfriend didn'd notice any sound :) The jazz hotel music ... was'n my type and is every where and the same sax childhood optimist theme :)

Amazing stay at fabulous location with a wonderful architecture. The atmosphere was absolutely great for this period of the year. We enjoyed the abundant breakfast, comfortable rooms, luxurious SPA, relaxing massages, refreshing walks in the nature sprinkled with tasty mulled wine :). Services are high quality and personnel is very helpful. Views from this location are breath taking.

The restaurant is expensive and the food quality is not there; I had some horrible carbonara done with some ordinary cheap ham (not guanciale) and with some other cheese, but not parmigiana or pecorino. My wife had a dish with french fries made from the cheapest frozen ones. I must admit that the next day I had a delicious burger, very well prepared. Some people of the stuff were really nice, but at one dinner our waiter was not paying attention to us, having to wait like 15 minutes until he notices that I want something from him - and continued like this all the evening even thought he was not busy. I expected much better quality, both of food and serving, for that level of price.

Nice spa area. The bed is big and very comfortable. Great surroundings with amazing view.

The food at the restaurant is not up to the level of the hotel, for example the bread served was old and of poor quality.

The room is clean and spacious, with a beautiful view from the balcony. Rich and very good breakfast.

Excellent location. Excellent facilities. Therapists, Manager, Personnel Team were working together toward custumers' satisfaction. I will go back when the time is right. Retreat treating people right.
