Breakfast had regular drip coffee. There is also espresso machine at bar but unfortunately it was not possible to order espresso or cappuccino even for extra fee. We were leaving hotel very early and asked from reception should we order taxi in advance. She assured that there is no issue to get taxi at 6 am, it will arrive in couple of minutes. So she ordered taxi for us when we checked out - taxi promised to come in 3 minutes. The reality was that we waited about 20 minutes, asked her to call over and finally taxi just canceled. so we were lucky to get then 2 Bolts and reach our train to Constanta just a bit before the departure. Bottom line here is better rely on Bolt than regular taxi service.

Very lovely hotel at the very heart of Brasov (at the main square in old town). The architecture of the hotel was very interesting, mixing old with modern. Hotel is located in very old building. We were travelling with two families and got four rooms - they all were spacious, clean and warm shower rooms, AC, refrigerator etc. Breakfast was good - eggs, omelette, sausages. Cold slices (cheeses, hams etc). Cereals, croissants and other pastries. Tomatoes, paprika and cucumber. Breakfast is served restaurant which is in same building (probably same owners). For each day hotel is providing coupon for 20% discount when ordered before 15:00. The restaurant had good food and with discount it was quite nice option.

Parking in Brasov was very stressful. We had to drive a considerable distance to find a parking space. There is also no very close place to drop off or collect luggage at the hotel.. There is a fairly steep staircase on entering the hotel with no lift or luggage porter to assist.

The location of the hotel overlooking the square could not be better. The beds were comfortable. The air conditioning was very welcome.

We love the place, it is conveniently located in the old city center, lots of restaurants and shops around. Easy to get ubers from, has a water fountain in front. The staff is very nice too. The rooms are pretty with very cute details (like the lamp having painted leaves or pretty curtains, modern bathrooms. It is a pretty hotel, lots of wood decor. This is the second year we have visited Brasov and have stayed here. Will definitely come back if we revisit.

Coffee was not good. We didn’t mind the stairs at all but would be hard for those with mobility issues

So charming … we felt like we were in a hotel from diagon alley with all the curving staircases and hidden corners. It was also surprisingly quiet.

Public parking isn't the easiest to find and free spots can end up being quite far from the hotel, which is on a pedestrianised square, although we did manage to find a spot on all three days. There is a long, steep staircase at the entrance with no lift.

Beautiful old hotel right in the centre of Brasov. The room was large and comfortable with a modern and well-equipped bathroom. Effective and modern air conditioning, too. Despite being on the main square and having restaurants and bars on two sides of the building, the rooms had excellent soundproofing and were nice and quiet. Well placed for exploring Brasov or making day trips to the mountains and surrounding villages.

Historic establishment centrally located on Piata Sfatului, within easy walking distance of major attractions, restaurants and cafes. Clean, good sized room. Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent buffet breakfast with wide selection.

Nada Casa Crown Bad experience so I ran to Casa Wagner! I’m Grateful for a lovely stay at Wagner and finally in Brasov.

Location on the main square yet quiet interior with mini private balcony to catch some sun. Expansive hotel yet very quaint still. Lights, luggage rack, bedding all well thought out. Super clean shower and bath.

Although it was minimal perhaps having something to prevent water from the shower reaching the bathroom floor would be an advantage but this really wasn't a big deal. Just a few splashes.

Can't fault the location, right in on the main square and nearby some great restaurants. Simple check-in and comfortable stay throughout. Excellent base for exploring. I liked my new attic room although those who have trouble with stairs should contact the hotel in advance because you do need to walk a few stairs for your room. Mine was a newly renovated attic room and had everything I needed for my stay including a really nice bathroom.

– Some rooms, including the one we stayed in, are located near the restaurant. During our stay, there was quite a bit of noise coming from that area, which detracted from the otherwise pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.

– The location is unbeatable—right in the center of the historic district, so everything is just steps away as soon as you leave the hotel. – The hotel itself is charming, comfortable, and beautifully in line with the overall aesthetic of Brasov. – After check-out, they kindly allowed us to leave our luggage at no extra cost, which was very convenient.

Not knowing the cost from the Brasov airport to the hotel we were charged over the odds. This was a white taxi which is meant to be the safest transport.

The location could not have been better. Step outside of the hotel into one of the main squares filled with different types of eateries. The town was friendly and clean, with lots of interesting shops. Our journey from the UK to the hotel was so easy.

The shower was good however was slightly blocked due to hair and water tended to be slow to drain. The room above had a squeaky floor so there was some noise from above. No safe in the room. Breakfast was not great, the only bread was baguette no rolls or bread for toast, and limited other choice. One morning we went down at 0930 and things were not being topped up.

The property is situated in the main square. The room was a good size with airconditioning and comfortable beds.
