Oh my good, this place was so exceptional, sweet and unique. It is not only perfectly located in the middle of the old town, but it has its very own charms. The room may be small, but cozy. And it comes with a small terrace in the courtyard of the owner’s house. Communication with the owner was also super easy.

The shower pressure is too low to wash your hair, all the rest was great about my stay.

The place is very hidden and right of the center of the old citadel, location could not be any better. The garden and rooms are very cute and authentic.

Period craftsman house, we think C19th, with modern facilities. Our double room was large, with separate bathroom. The room was a fascinating mix of antiques and modern. Host is a lovely man, very willing to help.

In his courtyard, which is almost a garden, the owner has two rooms. The rooms are decorated in the most stunning way, including references to the Saxon past of this town. The rooms were cleaan and comfortable. The host is very hospitable and personable. It was a truly remarkable expereince to stay here.

Excellent location right in the middle of the historic quarter and minutes walk from the main sights. Traditionally decorated, very quaint but quiet and peaceful, with a friendly and accommodating host.

The host ,Nicu is very helpful and friendly . The old building is located in the centre of the historical town,cafe,restaurant are within walking distance.and abt 16mins walk to the train station. The bed is very comfy and clean.T here is a beautiful garden in the courtyard and very quiet. i enjoyed my stay very much ☺️

I couldn't park my rental car anywhere nearby. However, the good news is that there was a safe public parking area at the base of the hill. I paid my fee and had no break-ins. So, no problem except some worrying on my part until the next day. :)

There is a reason that Sighisoara ranks so highly on the list of "best places to visit in Romania." It is a delightfully preserved old castle town with a massive gate through which all visitors must pass. The section "on the plateau" is colorful and atmospheric and has great views of the city as it extends through the surrounding valleys. Meantime, Casa Morar is itself very idyllic and comfortable. My room had delightful, historic decor while the adjoining bathroom was as modern as could be. I had a very nice night's sleep in one-of-a-kind room in a peaceful, colorful old town.

Great location and a historic house. Very cool 200 year old lock to enter. Very helpful owner who was able to show me some of the surrounding villages and fortified churches.

Nothing - Everything was perfect!

My stay at Casa Morar was incredible! The location really couldn't be more ideal! It is situated right in the heart of the medieval center of the town. What an experience to be able to stay in one these historic buildings at such fair price. Furthermore, Nicolae is a wonderful host! He is very welcoming, accommodating, and knowledgable! He responds very quickly to all questions. The room is so cozy and carefully decorated - you feel like you are staying in someone's beautiful home. When I return to Sighisoara, I will definitely stay at Casa Morar!

A great location in the Centre of the old town. My room was really warm comfortable and snug - felt part of the history of the place - with a delightful outside area - perfect for relaxing from the crowds and read a book listening to the birds singing. The owner was really helpful and friendly - giving tips on where to eat etc. A lovely place to stay.

It was a bit cold (it was October). It’s an historic house and part of it. But there was a small heater and it think in summer is it perfect.
