Absolutely the most friendly place you will ever stay, Felix the landlord is the kindest, funniest, best host we could have hoped for and me and my brother jack loved sharing his company in his lovely garden with some of his delicious plum schnapps. The room was very nice and spacious with a functional mini fridge, decent shower and big bed which was much appreciated after our camping trip. The house is located not 30 seconds walk from a bus stop that will take you wherever you want to go in town but the area is still quiet and peaceful. Very nice place, friendly host, always available. Sadly, I didn't have much time to hang around because of my "busy schedule" (festival), but this would be a nice quiet place to stay if you want to explore Brasov at a more relaxed pace. It is a walking distance from the new city center, and there are also a couple of restaurants nearby.

Everything was perfect, from the accommodation itself to the way we were welcomed and treated: Felix and his wife invited us to have some snacks and a chat with some of their friends and he even cleaned our muddy boots when he cleaned his because he saw we left them in front of the door! The room was very clean and spacey, the temperature was great even with no AC and the location is a big plus - quiet residential area, parking spots, close to some shops and hidden culinary gems. Definitely recommend! :)

I arrived at the location an hour before check-in, and the host was happy to welcome me. The place is easy to find, the area is quiet, and public transport is conveniently close. I was given a room on the first floor, which was great because it stayed nice and cool. The room was clean, spacious, and had everything needed for a pleasant stay. The host was very welcoming, and the next morning they even brought me coffee and biscuits — a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture.

The place was very nice, in a quiet area, very beautiful. There is a bus stop 5min always from the house and it take à bit less than 10min to arrive in the center of Brasov. So we let the car for the whole week end next to the house, the owner gave us a parking place for that. The owners were very welcoming and waited us even if we arrived late, the room was very confortable (and warm) with à lot of space, à little fridge, some coffee and everything to have a nice warm drink on the balcony. There is a nice spot to sit, smoke or drink and share with someone.

After 2 days in the centre, this was the perfect place for peace, quiet, good sleep, and comfort. Felice is an excellent host. The room is so clean, memory foam bed is very comfortable, and a mini-fridge and hair dryer are provided. Fabulous guesthouse, supermarket and money exchange located at the corner, and bus to centre and train station is 1 min away. Love it!

I loved my time in this place. The best of all was of course the host, he is such a kind and wonderful person. The room had plenty of space and the temperature was perfect, even in summer. The shared kitchen was very nicely equiped. If you park your car nearby, make sure to ask the host what would be the best spot!

The room was cozy, beautifully maintained, and sparkling clean! The hosts were exceptionally welcoming, making us feel right at home. The yard is beautiful, and you can sit and relax there. The location was convenient—not in the city center, but just a 3-minute walk from a bus stop, with ample parking available. Plus, it's right next to a supermarket.
