The manager was super nice! He helped us with the parking, instructed us pretty detailed with everything, and that was really helpful. The location is perfect. The room itself is very cozy. And I really recommend the breakfast, it was so delicious and varios which was great for my picky kid.

Perfectly located a stone’s throw from Brasov’s old town square, this lovely hotel had family rooms (‘deluxe apartment’) with one room with double bed, one room with twin beds, and bathroom. Absolutely ideal for a family like us, with high ceilings, plenty of space, and a decent breakfast too. Really enjoyed our stay, it deserves its high review score and we’d definitely stay here again.

Brilliant location and our room was perfect for our needs. Brașov is a beautiful city. There are so many fantastic places to eat, and it's easy to travel to local sights.

The hotel is perfectly located near the Old Town Square with beautiful views from the terrace with a very spacious and comfortable suite perfect for our family. The breakfast was delicious and with a good range of food and the service was just exceptional!!we can't remember the names of the two young man that welcomed us at the hotel reception and also worked in the restaurant too..but both of them were so friendly, helpful and constantly running around making sure all customers are happy! Thank you and we will be back!

Maybe the room could have been a little cooler for us but it was a fantastic room, really enjoyed our stay and would come back.

Very easy out of hours check in and in the centre of town so easy access to restaurants etc. Good breakfast, very nice staff. Loved the room decor. Aircon fixed at 18 °C but thank goodness for the Aircon! They provided an iron when I needed one, over all a great, easy stay.

Mattress was not so good and the bed were squeaking on every move. This is something for the owner to address ASAP as it will always affect the property rating.

The location was excellent, right in the historical centre of the city; the building and the rooms were full of charming character. The staff was super helpful, courteous and friendly. The breakfast included was of excellent quality and diverse. If I had one suggestion they should add gluten free bread.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Casa Chitic. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, which made the experience even more relaxing. Very nice property but rooms 6-11 are up two sets of stairs- no elevator.

Nice spacious room in prime old town location. Parking available very near hotel but reservation required plus cost is 50 RON - definitely worth it if driving! Christian at reception very helpful! Good breakfast.
