The staff was amazing, the room was very spacious and the location was fantastic. It is tucked away so even though in the heart of the old town it was very quiet and serene.

Wonderful little hidden gem. Incredibly welcoming and supportive. I had an early transfer to Bucharest and the team helped organise and even packed me a little breakfast for the trip. My room was beautiful and had an amazing view. Wish I could have spent more time there! Restaurant was lovely and friendly too.

I warmly recommand this cosy hôtel boutique in the middle of the historical center of Brasov, located in an old and charming building, for its intimate and relaxing athmosphere, it's quite spaceful and original rooms, it's generous breakfast served " à la carte" ... It has also a restaurant, a bistrot/bar, a piano concert when we were there... The lady at the reception is also very nice and helpful.

It was perfect, we wished we could stay longer

Centrally located in the historic area, you walk outside of the hotel gate and are instantly in the center of the best walking area of the entire city. Unique boutique hotel nestled between shops, large interior courtyard with trees, really cool underground medieval style restaurant, each room in the hotel is unique, it’s like you’re exploring an old villa/castle. Friendly staff, they helped to make our stay memorable and romantic. If we return to Brașov, 100% we would only stay at this hotel and nowhere else!

Minor point, but the wifi was a bit patchy. But we found a spot sitting outside, enjoying the mountain air, which was a bit closer to the office, and the wifi was reliable there :)

We had a studio room which was very large and very comfortable. Hotel is lovely and full of character, within the old town and close to public transport. Staff were superb and did everything they could to help us. They helped arrange a tour for us. Our tour guide was excellent and made the day most enjoyable. Dining was very good, breakfast excellent and again the staff (Restaurant is separate to the Hotel) were very helpful and most engaging. Great time had and highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay in the attic room. The hotel itself is set off the Main Street and has lovely restaurant/bar and a nice vibe. Our room was so spacious and clean we couldn’t fault it. The staff were amazing, they were very informative and helpful. Breakfast was very good. If we returned to Braşov we would definitely be staying here again. Ignore the negative review they must be on about a different hotel. Couldn’t fault it.

The hotel was very convenient. It was really quiet despite the central location. Clean towels and linen were provided regularly. The terrace for breakfast was nice and the choice at breakfast was excellent. The staff were extremely helpful and ensured we had a wonderful stay. Mariana helped us to organise trips and a packed breakfast for an early start so we didn't miss out on breakfast. The hotel is very conveniently located and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had an enjoyable stay. Thank you!

Beautiful big room in lovely atmospheric building with nice antique furniture. Incredibly central but very quiet. Breakfast much better than in most hotels. Try the eggs benedict - wonderful!

Very nice hotel right in the middle of the main street of the town, close to everything, the room was beautiful and spatious, the manager lady took good care of us and made sure we have a breakfast before we leav, even if we had to leave early. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, we loved our stay here, thank you!

Dinner, Parking was a little confusing

Breakfast was good, Dinner was only OK. I recommend dinner at a traditional restaurant not there. Restaurant staff & bartender were very nice.

Only minor problem we had was with the shower which flooded large part of the bathroom every-time we took a shower, not a big deal for us but slight risk of slipping. We spoke with the staff and they informed us that there is indeed plans for renovating in the rooms and this issue will be addressed :)

Amazing location in the old town, the bedroom was very spacious with beautiful old furniture typical doe the area. The bed was comfy. The staff was super friendly and helpful, giving us advices for our stay that came in very handy. The breakfast which is included was very tasty.

Breakfast could have more inclusions - I particularly suggest that, in the near future, freshly squeezed juices become part of the breakfast (without any extra payment), if you are staying at Casa Albert.

Service was excellent - but I will cite the names of Adina (who welcomed me at the hotel), Mariana (who was extremely helpful and solved anything fast and kindly) and Nikodim (the sweetest person who works at the restaurant).

No power outlet near the bed, tea cattle had to be attached to ground outlet. Mainly bright head lights in the room (no cozy lights)

Check-in from receptionist Marianna was great. She gave lots of information regarding Brasov and things to do. Also the staff of the restaurant were all very helpful and friendly. Location was great and room was clean.

Initially some difficulty finding Casa Albert but that could be tiredness from travelling. Given it's in a pedestrianised zone, maybe a little map on their website would be helpful. Occasionally there was a slight drains smell in the bathroom but given how rustic and historical the building is this can't be helped. Plus it didn't detract from how much we enjoyed staying at the Casa Albert.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They arranged a birthday cake for my partner which was absolutely delicious. The room was massive (we were given a free upgrade to a suite) with interesting views (people watching)over the main street. Perfect location for restaurants and main shopping square.

We took day trips each day we were there and the hotel did not serve breakfast until after we needed to meet our guide. However, they did provide a sandwich and a water the night before so we had something to eat in the morning.

The room was wonderful, clean and large. The hotel is located in the Old Town and therefore very quiet as automobiles are not allowed on the streets. It's easy to find on foot, has plenty of eateries around, and a good meeting point for most of the tours.
