Great position. The swimming pool and jacuzzi make the whole difference. You have what to do and the pool is warmed. also the breakfast was very good! You have a high and fresh diversity. Also the team is great. So food and relax is solved!

It took a very long time for the food to arrive at dinner.

The location is beautiful, and the facilities are amazing and very pampering. The staff go out of their way to help you and make sure that you have a good time. Our room was very spacious and comfortable with a large porch and a great view. We got robes which were perfect for the spa.

Beautiful location near mountains and forest. Is very close to Paltinis Ski area (just 10 minutes), comfortable rooms, great food and very kind stuff. We also like the SPA area for relaxing after ski. We will come back certainly :)

Excellent location, very nice staff, everything looks new and high quality, both in the room and around the property. We didn't bring in swim wear so we were jealous on the guys that used the heated pool and saunas. As a recommendation, since the location close to the ski slopes, a locker room for skis and heater for ski boots would come handy. Still, the staff was so kind to take care of my ski boots and keep them warm overnight. Again, great staff, great place.

Our stay at Carpentiere arena was amazing, very comfortable and with a gorgeous view and super nice atmosphere. The accommodation is very clean, spacious and equipped with everything you need. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We loved their food menu from breakfast to dinner and desert of course, they also support small local businesses and buy local groceries. My husband and baby were very excited about the sauna and hot tub too 🤍. We will definitely make a habit of visiting Carpentiere arena.

This nature spot was an absolute gem! From the moment I arrived, I was immersed in the tranquility of the surroundings. The rooms were spotless, providing a peaceful and comfortable retreat. The pool and spa area were fantastic, offering a perfect way to unwind and relax. The highlight of my stay, however, was the excellent food served here. Each meal was a delightful .And let's not forget the breathtaking view that accompanied every meal - it truly added an extra layer of magic to the experience. It should be a place where you can enjoy the nature in peace. Unfortunately, the music is to laud, it overlaps with the music at the pool, in the restaurant, at the terrace. And each place has its own (different!) music

The hotel benefits of an amazing view. Despite the road is in near proximity, it is a quite place. Very clean, small but nice pool, good food. The personnel is very polite and willing to help

Absolutului stunning location. The staff was extremely helpful and understanding, very polite and always smiling. The food was reasonably priced and good quality. Overall a great stay for us, so good that we extended it by a further day! Thank you to everyone who made us feel welcome, from cleaner to waiter, bartender and owners! We will be back for sure!

The weather

Easy to get to the location, parking at the location, friendly and helpful staff, they gave us mountainbikes for a better exploration of the area which was stunning, the room was clean and comfy and the food was good. They also had an outside hot tub and a heated pool, but due to raining, we did not get to enjoy that, but if we had at least a sunny day, it would have been even better. Highly recommend this location if you are looking for a relaxing weekend.

If I really have to find something, the tap water is not drinkable, it's probably because the hotel is in a Valley not a town. But they prepare us bottled water, which is completely fine!

The hospitality of the hotel staff was outstanding. The first day we arrived late, it was a weekday between 2 touristic seasons, there were maybe 2-3 rooms filled only. They opened the hot tub and sauna, cook dinner just for us (and the food was really fresh copious and perfectly done). The general manager Sorin offered us local palinka, spontaneously suggested different things to visit, told us about history of Dacian people with his sense of humor... Other waiters were very attentive too, when the buffet is not worth (too few guests) they even remember what we like and serve us fresh and generous breakfast: amazing omelette, cheese charcuterie plateau, veggies and fruits, yogurt coffee and juice... anything you ask for and even didn't think of!)
