We had extra 4 course dinner (traditional grilled specialities), which was great, but part of our group had it not warm enough. Equipment would need a refresh little bit.

Where do we start... The view of the castle was spectacular. The chalet was within a short walk from restaurants and shops. Our hosts were very welcoming, and we couldn't have asked for more. The breakfast was beautiful and made to order. We're just sorry we couldn't stay longer, and we look forward to returning!

Nothing exactly just that the whole building needs some improvements and I'm not talking about the furniture inside the rooms (old furniture is quite Bran specific), but mainly in the way this pension is being handled by the owner. Seems like a building coming from the past.

The room was clean enough. It could've been better, but decent. The view from the balcony was great. Breakfast was also decent. Parking area in front of the building.

The shower was cold - the water heater didn’t work, after we notified the manager he fixed the problem by then we had to leave. We couldn’t get anyone to fix it the night before.

We absolutely loved the view from our balcony of Bran Castle and the mountains, no view could be more beautiful ...and the castle lit up at nighttime was incredibly beautiful. We spent a long time sitting and reading on the balcony. The room itself was large and comfortable. The host was very friendly and served us lovely cooked breakfasts. The hotel was situated a short walk from the centre of Bran which made it an ideal location.

This is a nice chalet with restaurant for the guests. Very warm people and friendly, speak different languages. The view from the bedroom to the castle is really great, specially at night. We'll come back!

Maybe just coffee in the room but other than that it was great.

What was definitely unbeatable at bran Chalet was the castle view, i dont think we would have gotten that view anywhere else. Gabriel was very accommodating with us and the breakfast was amazing and the hotel was very cute. The location was very easy to find too. Would definitely come back!

The location deserves a special mention as we could see Bran Castle from our bedroom. The Chalet was very cool and the food served was delicious.

Fantastic location, our rooms had views of Bran Castle and snow topped mountains. The rooms were large and furnished in a rustic fashion, as was the rest of the hotel. The owner was very friendly and helpful and cooked us breakfast. The only small downside was that the kitchen was closed the day we got there so we had to find somewhere else for dinner but there are plenty of other places to eat. Bran Castle was interesting but get there early as it is very busy.

It was a great experience. The view, the room, the sound of the small nearby river made a relaxing and pleasant stay. Plus the owner that made us a hand made breakfast. It is highly recommended in case you visit Bran.
