The location was perfect, the room was excellent with a big balcony overlooking the forest, the staff were very helpful, the breakfast menu was good and the food was excellent, the adjoining restaurant serving freshly cooked food made our stay perfect.

Everything exceeded my expectation. Wonderful and exceptional: location, breakfast, staff members, room and facilities, Summer Garden, Vanatorul restaurant with its food and staff. Amazing time. It is the first time when I felt so sorry that I left.

The only difficult thing are the steps to get to your room If you also have some laguage to carry it's very difficult And we had such a rich dinner also that climbing the steps to the second floor was hard

This place is magic.The room is large enough the bad is more than confotable the bath is a real pleasure The breakfast is more than tasty The staff is friendly and give you the sensation that you have been with them for a long time There are not enough words to praise this place where I returned now after 7years

Unfortunately, the application "Hospitality Mobile Access Assa Abloy" does not work that would ease the arrival in late hours

The staff was very hospitable. Breakfast was included, was very good and very enough. You also receive coffee capsules and an espresso machine in the room, which is cute. Very spacious rooms and very large beds, with very good mattresses much larger than most of the resort. Good wifi. Big TV. I was there in winter with low temperatures outside, but the room temperature was very acceptable. Cleaning everywhere. The sauna works perfectly. The food at the restaurant was very good and I also benefited from a 10% discount.

Some furniture and bathroom appliances may be a bit aged, but it was not a big inconvenience.

Staff was very hospitable, which is not something that happens often in Romania. The breakfast was not included, but it had an a la carte menu which was really good. I always prefer this instead of an average breakfast buffet. You also get coffee pods and an espresso machine in the room, which is nice. Really spacious rooms, way bigger than most from the resort. Wifi really good.

Fantastic location and a lovely comfortable room, in a very pleasent hotel. Excellent fascilities, with spa/sauna, storage for the skis, and a 10% discount at Ovidiu’s superb Vanatorul restaurant, next door. David and the staff were very friendly and helpful, offering local knowledge and recommendations and providing full shuttle service to/from the slopes (the distance is walkable too). Highly recommended!!

Maybe more pillows available somewhere (lots of room for that sort of thing). There were the usual 2x2 and I could have probably asked but sometimes people don't think of that.

Best room I ever stayed in. Huge room and all the decor was very nice and clean. Big TV, good internet. The location was brilliant just 2min walk to the resort-y area next door with ski slope, sledding, etc. Staff were very friendly helped us bring our luggage up and wouldn't even take a tip. If I ever need to stay within an hour of that location I'm staying there.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

First day we got there the window was open and it was very cold in the room (-5C outside) and the radiator barely worked; we had a cold first night. We talked to the reception in the morning and all was sorted the next day.

Beautiful and clean rooms. Not to mention huge rooms. Nice views of the trees. We had an amazing time here especially because it snowed the whole time we were there. Breakfast starts at 8:30 and is a la carte and was delicious. Just a quick mention- don’t order too much as the portions are huge!!!!

Sadly the restaurant opens rather late in the morning and then again late in the evening so if you are traveling as a family with kids, it will be harder to eat there. However being located so central, every other restaurant is in 10-15 minutes of walking distance. The floors were kinda squeaky and the chair on the balcony was broken.

We got the appartment on the last floor and it was very beautiful and luxurious. The view was amazing and we enjoyed the location of the hotel, being situated between trees on all sides, it gives you the feeling of being in the forest while at the same time having a central location in poiana brasov. The sauna was clean and available, with fresh towels, robes and all the necesary extras. The sauna is small and has a shower inside and it is mean to be private, since the door can be locked, allowing for relaxation and privacy at the same time.

No complaints, all was well.

The room was nice and with enough space. We stayed in a large double room and I liked the large balcony as well with the view to the trees/forest. Hotel located well enough to be in the middle of a lot of restaurants, also 10 minutes walk to the teleferic going up to Peak Postavaru.

The hotel is situated right in the middle of Poiana Brasov. It has plenty of parking spaces, a good restaurant and is surrounded by woods. The rooms are big and have high ceilings which gives a spacious feel. The apartment we stayed in (romantic) has a king size bedroom and another small bedroom (with a pull out couch) in the loft. It also has a generous living area and a big bathroom complete with a tub. The living has a balcony overlooking the restaurant & parking. The king bedroom has another balcony which overlooks the forest. Very nice and helpful staff both in the hotel and in the restaurant.
