How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

The rooms were hot, but fans were provided to cool the area. Since the weather can't be controlled, measures were taken instead. We liked this.
Plenty space for parking (including helpful markers leading you to the parking area), clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. The accommodation had everything to ensure our comfort and it did.

Would be great if rooms had A/C. Streets were noisy.
Fresh and clean bathroom. Bed mattress was thicker than most. Super friendly staff!

The room was big with 2 bathrooms, which was perfect for our family. There is free parking. The location is very good close to the center of the town.

Absolutely amazing, from start to finish. The team is super friendly , nothing was too much for them to make our stay more comfortable. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast ( on the Terrance ) with a wide choice to select from, thank you all for making our stay beautiful ! The suites were outstanding and met all of our needs, very clean and spacious! The stay was amazing, from the food to the service every single day. A very pleasant stay in the heart of central Reghin ❤️, we will definitely be coming back!

i Could hear everything that was happening in the hallway (phone ringing at the reception, people talking) and in the other room. the bed was a bit uncomfortable.

As far as Pensiunea Blanca was concerned there is nothing they could have done better, in fact they went out of their way to help.
This is a lovely place to stay, the staff are very friendly and helpful - they even started breakfast early for us one morning to help us out. The room was excellent and the breakfasts very good indeed.

The mattress was awful, really uncomfortable.
Very friendly staff: we arrived past the time when the last order could be made, so I ordered ahead and food awaited for us in the room. Good location, we only stayed for a night on our way to Ceahlau, so it was in our way.

On Sunday morning there was no breakfast, no coffee. We had to manage something ourselves.
Very nice people. Big rooms and clean. The food in the restaurant is good.

The room was very old furnished, the carpet had stains and the curtains had holes. It felt unsanitary to sleep in the beds with colored sheets that were not ironed. The room was very cold during the night. I guess they turn off the heat in the evening.
Comfortable bed and quiet atmosphere.

We arrived around 12am to find out that they gave away all the rooms, although we had a paid reservation through booking. We specified we would arrive around 9pm, but when we saw we would not make it, I asked one of my friends who was staying at Pensiunea Blanca to let the reception know, and they said it's all ok, no need to worry, the rooms are there. When we arrived, there was no more free room, they claimed the didn't see the reservation on booking, so we ended up in the middle of the night, in a very small town, with nowhere to go, as all the other accommodations were full or nobody answered the phone. They gave us the money back and apologised, but still....we had to phone people we knew from Reghin to receives us to sleep.

Large old fashioned room , it was clean and tidy . At night you can hear the other guests and the reception. It is cheap and cheerful.
