Breakfast was amazing! Ana was amazing. All the staff were accommodating and the kids totally enjoyed the pool.

- we had dinner at their restaurant, we were told we need to eat outside because the inside is reserved. I’m pregnant and i don’t like heat, fortunately it wasn’t sunny, but it was hot. We later overheard other people were offered the possibility to choose to sit inside. Our dinner took over an hour, we left and tables inside were still free. Food was however very good. - wanted to book a prenatal massage which was one of the massages advertised in their brochure. They don’t have a booking system for scheduling massages, they had to call the girl who does the massages- that wasn’t a problem, but when she heard what i wanted (prenatal massage), i was told it can only be done if I’m sitting on a chair. I’m not heavily pregnant so I don’t understand why I was told that, i’ve had such massage before and i know it can be done on the back and on the side. So I refused. - by far the worst part was the breakfast. We arrived at 9 and breakfast was until 10. There was barely any food left. The 40-45 minutes we were there, there was no intention to top up anything. We had to ask for bread. What we did have, was ok.

Room was was nice, comfortable and clean. Pool is big, not too cold- not too hot.

We liked the cleanliness, the staff, the tasty food, the size of the room, the hotel facilities. We also enjoyed the outdoor courtyard and the sun loungers on 2 sunny days. If you get here, try the desserts prepared by Mr. Claudiu, they are delicious. We will definitely come back here.

Very welcoming staff, beautiful location, safe parking. Big and newly renovated room, very clean. Good food in restaurant. Lovely spa area with both steam bath and sauna, warm big pool.

We stayed one night and enjoyed the spacious, modern, comfortable accommodation. The room was well-appointed and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was probably the best we had anywhere. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is a bit out of the centre: it's about a 20 minute walk into town. We drove part of the way to cut it down to 5-10 minutes. Exceptionally good value.

A very good, clean hotel with polite staff. We have been upgraded to an apartment which was really huge and nice. The hotel's pool was very good. Breakfast was very good. Parking was in the premises.

I was upgraded from a double room to the Cleopatra apartment. It was a wonderful surprise, and it had everything I needed, including a balcony overlooking the town below.

Unfortunately we stayed there during a kids trip field... and those kids were feral. They would run and scream all day and all night long, it was pretty annoying. It is not the staff's or the hotel's fault, but still... we came for work and we needed rest, not to hear kids yelling until 4 AM. Location is pretty far from Medias (walking distance) and from restaurants/markets, a bit incovenient. And the price was a bit exaggerated for what this hotel had to offer.

Very nice hotel, very clean, with lots of facilities. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to test out the pool, next time. Friendly staff, good and rich breakfast, comfortable beds, very spacious and nice rooms.
