Parking can be difficult. We were lucky there was a space for us (staff helped us).

it is situated on a steep hill, which may not be convenient for older visitors or those with mobility issues. In addition, the parking area does not provide direct access to the lobby. To reach the elevators, you’ll need to go up a considerable number of stairs, so keep this in mind if you are arriving with heavy luggage.

The elevator started not from the bottom floor, you have to go a few stairs up.

Stairs are a hassle with bags. 17 steps from reception to the lift! Stairs up to the breakfast room from floor 5. Some reception staff were very cold and unhelpful.

Good choice at breakfast good choice very fresh. Good sized room. Free parking off the road. Balcony as nice in the room. Cleaning staff efficient and quick but bathrooms have Ben more thorough.

Very well located, parking was in front of the building. Breakfast was good, on my current trip I've been in ten hotels, most of them have been four star hotels and Belfiort three but still this was one of the best breakfasts so far.

The hotel had rented a top floor room to a reunion party. They played loud music until midnight. In our 2nd floor rooms we could hear the base booming and it was not pleasant. We were warned in advance of this party (mistakenly called a wedding) so we could cancel and find another hotel, but chose to stay. Parking - either on the street or small walled parking lot on site. Free, but a tight squeeze.

We found the hotel and parking quite easily. About a 15 minute walk to the Black Church, main square, and lots of restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful with directions, printing documents, etc. Very good breakfast. Breakfast room is located on top floor with great views.

Everything was ok from A till Z. Theyare all ready for you if you need something or if you have questions. day and night! rooms are nice and clean employees are all friendly and respectful! at one point I really asked them a lot because I had an operation and they all spoke to me politely but also in terms of help if I needed something. if I ever come to Brasov again I will definitely choose this hotel ❤️

Most comfortable 4* hotel with large rooms and balcony with great views across Brasov. Walking distance to old town with many restaurants etc. Staff were efficient and friendly. Good buffet style breakfast provided with lots of choice. Private free parking provided at the front of the hotel.
