Reception is not in the hotel, but at the restaurant on the first floor, and no sign shows this.

Unfortunately, we got a room towards the back of the court which was facing..the restaurant that is part of the building. No AC in the room and so we tried to open a window. Huge no no because of the smell that came from the restaurant. And it was all day, all night. Don’t get me wrong, we didn’t came to spend our time in the room but it was hot outside, we needed to air the room. This was a huge downside. Don’t know about the other rooms but this one is horror. Other then that, nothing to add here

Nice new and clean room. Location close to the center of the city where you have all attractions and restaurants.

- No fridge. - No towel radiator in the bathroom for wet towels or clothes. - Hotel has exactly 3 spots for parking for all the rooms, so if you expect a parking space, don’t get your hopes up. - Breakfast is thin, very few options.

In room 203 I wasn't able to fully close the window because it didn't quite line up with the frame.

Easily accessible with a lot to see in the surrounding area. No fuss over check-in. TV is good.

They lied in the offer. It was very, very important for us (traveling by car) to have parking with hotel and late check-in. THey promised "parking space in the price" and check-in till 23. None of it was true (now they cleared it from they offer, so I guess next Guest will not be misled). We had problems with finding parking space, since they don't have any reservation on the streets near by (some other hotels have such). Even promised botle of wine was not in he room (no matter that I don't drink - they promised it as compliments from hotel). Regarding breakfast - it is in near by bar, but even there it is very so-so and funny enough, Clients coming from the street get coffee before hotel Guests.

Place is close to old town part and rooms were clean.

- there is no AC and we got a room on the 2nd floor, it was terribly hot - you can't open the windows because there is no net and all the insects fly in - there isn't any shower gel, just the liquid hand soap - i don't have a problem using a universal product, but at least put one bottle in the shower - there was a constant nasty smell on the hallway - the room wasn't very clean - the pillows are kind of bad, it's like having nothing under your head - no parking space - if you come here during the high season, don't expect to find any parking space nearby - i wouldn't call the place 'premium' because there isn't anything that would make it premium... maybe the location, but we got to stay in Sibiu in the city center at half the price and much better ammenities and it wasn't called 'premium'

- the location is great - the place is modern, probably renovated in the past few years - the place accepts pets - the person I communicated with was nice and responsive - we got a room towards the back of the building so it was more quiet

No air conditioning!!!! In the summer, when it is +35 outside, the room is +28! Even at night with the window open it is stuffy and the temperature did not drop below 23 (and this is without taking into account that there is a restaurant under the windows and they constantly smoke there, and the smell rises into the room)

The apartments are new, the room is clean and cozy! It is located in the very center (200 meters from the Black Church)... Everything would be perfect! 10 out of 10, if not for one "BUT" - there is NO air conditioning in the room!

No air conditioner, was there in 35 degrees and room become wery hot 2 nights was nightmare withou normal sleeping. And there is no chance to sleep with an open window because downstairs is a pub and it's too loud.

Wery clean, all is new , location is very good in center of old town.

Unfortunately the room was not clean at checkin (vacuuming was superficial) and we had to call for this to happen. Bit noisy due to the street proximity and also, no AC (no mosquito net as well so keeping the windows open not ideal) or fridge available.

OK in terms of communication, fast access in the major city locations.
