The ventilation in the bathroom is linked to the electricity key of the room, at night it was pretty noisy, next time will remove the key from the hole.

Nice size clean room, breakfast served to table, all went as expected.

TV channels need an upgrade and maybe fresh juice (orange or anything else) during breakfast instead of plastic bottled juice, but we had tea and coffee as alternatives.

Reception 24/7, friendly staff, rooms were clean and had all we needed for our stay, nice view from our balcony and a diversified "à la carte" breakfast menu.

Super loud music at the pool and when there are events during the night the music was aldo very loud.

It was very clean, staff very nice and it exceed my expectations. Kids friendly- had things to do for kids- my kids loved the slides.

The showers could use a bit of an upgrade.

While it was near the exit of Alba Iulia, the view was great, it was quiet, clean, good beds, nice breakfast, friendly staff.

There is nothing that I found disagreeable.

Staff were most gracious and hospitable. They exuded a certain 'quality'. The room was comfortable, all was normal. Look at the price, what more to expect?

Kitchen should be more accurate by making soup. Meat pieces in the soup were dry and cold ( Ciorba a la greek , pui )

Restaurant service too slow.

Clean, conveniently located. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. Many amenities for the kids. Food was good too although the service was slow.

Not so many breakfast choices. The restaurant closes early, if you want to eat after nine pm you have to go somewhere else.

The area is not good for walking being on a main road. Breakfast not as good as 6 years ago. Beds not as comfy.

The furniture and style of the hotel is a bit oldish, but that is not any major issue.

The hotel offers great value for money from my point of view. There are some minor things that can be improved, but for the money you pay the services are very good. There are not many things to say, as we only stayed for 1 night, but the important things are there: spacey rooms, friendly staff clean rooms. The position of the hotel is outside of town, but this is something you would check for yourself when booking, but for a city brake is more then enough

The hotel description on Booking.com states that there is a charger for an electric car. This was the reason for my choice of hotel. It turned out that this was a lie; there was no charger area for visitors. There is an underage girl sitting at the reception desk who does not understand English. It's not clear how to communicate with her. There were no towels in the room, I had to explain this to the cleaning lady. We left the hotel for dinner in the evening, when we arrived back - everything was closed, which we were not warned about at all. I had to knock on the glass door for a long time. It is stated that there is a swimming pool (for that kind of money it should be there), there is one, but there is no water in it and it is under renovation. For breakfast, everyone was brought one plate of food, there was: an undercooked egg, vegetables, old cheese and unpleasant cut meat.

Needs cleaning. Staff need to learn to smile sometimes and also not ignore a person when make a sign.

The water in the pool was very cold even it was a sunny day (around 28-29 Celsius). We barely entered the pool for this reason. We chose this hotel because we thought that the water is heated, but that was not the case. I guess they don't have the intention to heat the water at all since the cold water enters the pool non-stop through water sliders. We don't plan another stay on this hotel for this specific reason. Another disappointment was with the breakfast. You have 3-4 breakfast options and the dishes are really tasty. However, if you choose to have a coffee as a drink, you don't have an option to have also a glass of water or juice, only if you pay extra. And if you choose an orange juice for example and you want another glass of juice, you don't have the option to refill it.

The location is nice, many green spaces, fotball field, table tennis, volleyball field. The food is ok from price-quality point of view.

Unfortunately the pool was out of order in the end of May. Although the outside temperature was over 25 Celsius.

It was a nice hotel with a beautiful pond in the garden. The volleyball court was also awesome.
