The wood bed and the pillows..I hurt myself 4times in that bed..and couldn’t sleep on that pillow. Except this I definitely loved this place and would return back💞

We loved our stay here, tasty food, peaceful atmosphere, quiet location but also close to the beach, few minutes by walk..The local restaurant had a great food and reasonable prices. Nice and clean beach.

Breakfast is generous and varied, with many options (fruits, pastries, hot dishes), but unfortunately, the hot food was often cold — fried eggs and mozzarella sticks should not be served cold. Also, jam was served in large bowls instead of single-serving containers, which felt a bit unrefined for a 5-star setting. On the private beach, sunbeds are nicely spaced and free for hotel guests (otherwise 50 RON), but there are no showers or toilets available. Only one beach bar exists, and it offers drinks only. On our last day, we discovered two water taps behind the guard cabin near the hotel entrance, where you can rinse your feet before entering — but nothing directly on the beach. The AC in the room was very noisy. Two remotes to start the TV set Breakfast: 7 Closed restaurants: -2 Overall, I recommend the stay and hope that these small issues will be addressed in the future — I would definitely return.

We stayed at Hotel Arcadia (4 stars), which is the sister hotel of Arena (5 stars). While both are beautifully located just a few steps from the beach — a truly perfect location — and the cleanliness deserves a 10/10, there are some aspects that could be improved. Only one of the three restaurants listed on Booking was actually open during our stay (Colonial Bar & Restaurant, located between the two hotels). Luckily, that one was excellent: delicious food, fair prices, great service, and friendly staff — definitely deserves high praise! The room at Arcadia was spacious and clean, but surprisingly, there was no iron available — quite inconvenient for a 4-star hotel when you want to prepare for a night out. At Arena’s pool (5-star hotel), there's no handrail to help you get into the water, which can be difficult or unsafe for some guests. In the past we had enjoyed the Colonial Club a lot. This year it was closed and we missed it.

the homey feeling, the quietness and cleanliness of the place, the proximity to the beach, the architecture of the place and the interior design.

The beach bar closes at 18.00 sharp, the inside pool at 18.00, it felt like a retirement hotel, not so many choices for young families with kids. Kids were disappointed when we told them the pool was closed (in a rainy afternoon).

A lot of choices for breakfast, but after a few daya felt like we had to change and ate out in Constanta.

We really enjoyed every moment of our stay at Arcadia, especially our wonderful apartment. The staff is friendly and the overall atmosphere of the location is really unique!

The wood floors creak and you can hear your neighbors walking through the halls and in their rooms nearby. Guests have to be very considerate of others, if not, sleep is disturbed. It would have been nice not to have to go to the posh hotel for breakfast. There is construction happening in the area, to include a large building between the hotel and the beach, blocking most of the view.

Location is right near the beach. The room has a private balcony, perfect for drying your wet things. The reception and check out were quick and easy. Breakfast, served at the hotel nearer to the main road was excellent with a nice selection. The water pressure was good, the bed was comfortable. There is parking and is watched by security, so I didn’t worry about my motorcycle being parked there.

I know that it's not the hotels fault but those tall constructions in front of the hotel are terrible.

The entire residence area. The beach was clean with enough space between the umbrellas. The breakfast was reach and tasty.

The price paid for the room was huge compared to what the room looked like. It is old, bed is uncomfortable, shaky and makes noises when you move in it. The air conditioning is very loud. The water pressure is so low that it is hard to have a proper shower. The rooms definitely need a face-lift. Breakfast is sooo poor!

The bed was not as comfortable as expected.

The property is very nice, still looking good after so many years. Great facilities and love the intimacy of the venue, both hotel & beach.
