    “Location was not in a very touristy area, but still easily accessible in walking distance. the room was fine, there was enough space, and it was as clean as was the bathroom. The breakfast was top.”

    “A very classic building and classic rooms, but not outdated – only nice atmosphere. Central location in the city centre next to the train station. Breakfast with a wide selection, and it was even possible to eat outside. Nice people in the reception.”

    “Staff were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Our 6th-floor room was quiet and comfortable despite facing a busy road and tramline, although we did need to open a small side window occasionally for some fresh air. The room was well appointed (twin beds + 2 additional concealed bunk beds which weren't required but which allowed us a little extra space). Guests were asked to nominate the time they wanted breakfast, and there wasn't any queuing at 8am when we took ours. The breakfast buffet was extensive and well organised, with excellent wait service.”

    “I came to Chalmers, so the location was excellent. Also closer to the city. I was happy that they have a luggage storage after check-out, which is great. But security or traceability is not there. When I used it, I was redirected to a luggage room and that's all, no information taken or at least a tag. So. Someone can come and claim lagguage without trace.”
