    “The room is in desperate need of updating, and painting. the bathroom was in need of new bath panels as the wood panels were in a dreadful state. there was holes in the bathroom where they had removed rails. there was cobwebs hanging from the ceilings and the sheets didn't cover the full bed. when tiding the bed before we left I lifted the base cover to find the bed base had lots of grim stains on it.”
