“We had the most incredible stay here and didn’t want to leave.
Location: About 10 mins walk from Ortisei (which we did daily) though there is a shuttle in and out run by the hotel until 7pm. It was super peaceful and the views gorgeous.
Room: We had a junior suite. Loved the Alpine feel, and the two balconies. It was more than spacious, very comfortable, and the shower room was modern.
Facilities: A great bar, terrace overlooking Ortisei and 3 gardens. The spa and wellness area is stunning, and just the tonic after a day of walking, including indoor and outdoor infinity pools, jacuzzi, sensory showers, beautiful relaxation rooms, water beds, two fragrant saunas, a steam room, ice room, water bucket experience and kniepp.
Food: Very very good. We booked half board so we could truly relax and not worry about booking evening meals etc. It was worth every penny. Breakfast was an extensive buffet, including an egg station where you could press a button for the team to rustle you up an omelette.
An afternoon snack was served 3.30-5.30 each day of little sandwiches, savouries, salads, fruit and cakes.
And dinner included a generous and varied buffet of salads, followed by four courses.
Friday was very special, with the hotel owner cooking Tyrolean pancakes on the terrace in he afternoon, and an enormous, superb buffet of all kinds of delights alongside dinner.
Staff: So friendly and helpful. We loved the thoughtful details such as a newsletter every morning detailing activities (there are free guided walks and bike treks), weather, local interest and the evening’s menu.
I travel a lot in my job and this hotel truly captured my heart.”
“Very nice, well maintained. Staff were very friendly and were flexible with our late check in time as we had a train cancellation before we arrived. Thankyou for a lovely stay!”
“The hotel was easy to find with free parking. Very helpful front desk and breakfast was great. Wellness centre exceeded my expectations and was perfect after a long days hiking.”
“This is a fantastic hotel, amazing staff and facilities, my daughter and I thought it was one of the best we have stayed in. Mainly because of the friendly helpful staff.”
