“This is a great hotel. Staff were really helpful and we received an upgrade on arrival. Authentic Tudor Castle with spiral stone staircases and Mullion Windows. Rooms have been modernised to allow for a luxury feel whilst still maintaining the Tudor authenticity. Staff were all excellent and the Fine Dining dinner in the evening was also very high quality A really nice relaxing stay in comfortable and historic surroundings”
“This is a scam - I’ve reported it to booking.com and had multiple calls with them but for some reason it is still listed and they’ve yet to refund be despite letting me know they would.
Do a search first and you’ll see there are two “Camp at the Wave” entries - this one which I should have seen was an obvious scam, and the other legitimate one. Do not make that mistake I did booking in a hurry off the back of a Google search - not my finest moment.”
