    “For the price the hotel is amazing but you will probably spend way more because SPA is paid, even to use indoo swimming pool and hamman. Restaurant was very good for the price, high end. The spa staff was very helpful despite a lack of communication leading me to think i could use the spa for free. If this is important for you confirm with them prior the prices! Huge room, beautiful pool and hotel decor in general, amazing experience overall.”

    “Excellent facilities from spa to outdoor pools and beach was great. Free shuttle to fantastic golf course. You do have to take a taxi to others. Food was fantastic with excellent variety. Staff were friendly and helpful. Surf instructor deserves a special mention as he was fantastic with my 6 year old son.”

    “The staff where wonderful. Especially Mahamed in the restaurant anything I needed to know he was the one I spoke to very helpful man. The only downfall was the food I was with young girls and they didn’t really liked the food think there could of been more options for the young ones. But otherwise everything else was fantastic. That am back in 2 weeks time. Oh just one other thing the cleaner wasn’t very good only made beds and emptied bins. But she was a lovely girl. Thank you for having us.*****”

    “⸻ I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, the hotel grounds were well-maintained, and the food was delicious with a wide variety of dishes. Each pool had a lifeguard, which was great as my children played there a lot. The security at the hotel was excellent, which made me feel safe as I was traveling alone with two small children. The only thing I would point out is that the animation program was quite weak. If the hotel had a stronger animation/entertainment team, it would truly be priceless! Overall, everyone was very friendly, especially Hayat, the staff member who welcomed me. She was very kind and pleasant, explained everything clearly, was patient with the children, and even helped me arrange a taxi.”
