    “The staff were very kind and always ready to help, which made our stay feel comfortable and relaxed. The riad is centrally located, with the beach just a short walk away. It has been beautifully renovated, combining traditional charm with modern comfort. The rooftop terrace is a real highlight, perfect for relaxing after a day in town.”

    “Beautifully decorated room and hotel. Loved being able to look out on the mountains from the balcony of our room. The hotel is well situated - close to various cafes and restaurants, the Wednesday market and the babouche shops. It's also only a short walk from the CTM bus stop. Although breakfast isn't included in the room cost, we enjoyed a good value breakfast each day at the cafe below the hotel.”

    “We recently stayed at Pickalbatros White Beach Resort and overall had a very enjoyable holiday. The staff are excellent and clearly well trained, with high standards set by management, led by Yassine. A special mention to Samar on reception, who swiftly resolved an air conditioning issue in our first room and handled the room change with great professionalism. Other staff also made our stay memorable. Our cleaner Mustafa kept everything spotless and was always cheerful. The towel service from ‘Mr Taco’ (so sorry I can’t remember the name but brilliant cheerful service by the main buffet and rolling towels into tacos) was fantastic, and Othman, our skater waiter, was an absolute delight who always remembered our order. And lovely Noor on concierge who waved us off cheerfully. The facilities are generally well catered for with plenty of pools and spaces to relax. We could have done with slight heating of the pools given the temperature. The food and drink offering is varied with lots of choice, and the lively lobby options make it a pleasant and sociable place to spend time. Super generous buffets and drinks on tap always.”

I asked for fresh fruit and was told I have to pay extra for a banana or a single apple.Coffee not drinkable.putrid stuff . Bathroom seriously run down needs good bleach and a new bathroom.suite with a shower unit that isn't encrusted in years of build up.I booked this through booking .com at 150 for 4 nights however 169 euro was taken”
