“This had to be the "find", of the whole trip through Andalucia. Its a little out of town (Granada). But with a car no problem. People who run it are very helpful and friendly. As a retired Catering Manager in my opinion the food was outstanding. Good tasty well prepared and presented. My first time ever tasting Salmorejo and the Torrija Brioche with Truffle Custard was sublime. Fantastic views whether during the day but especially at night. Really liked the two Dogs (Logan and Tangier, I think) the Rabbits and of course the little turtle(was it Clementine that lived here?) . Will definitely return. Thank you for a marvellous experience”
“Really cute place to stay with lovely views over the sierra nevada.
Outdoor hammocks were good to chill & read.
Caves stayed cool all through the day up to 37C outdoors.”
“All the staff were exceptional. Nothing seemed too much trouble. The accommodation is very well appointed with every need considered. From the awning on the private terrace to the honesty snack bar at the pool area. The food is delicious at the restaurant and beautifully presented. And of course the panoramic views, peace and tranquility.”
“Excellent place with friendly staff and a restaurant with good food. However there is no aiir conditioning so if you are staying there in summer it is a very hot room at night.”
