    “The view from our attic room was great. The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom size more than adequate. The breakfast surpassed our expectations. Located right in the interesting part of the town centre.”

    “Fab hotel - service was exceptional, friendly and capable. Dealt with my messing up of my booking several times with no fuss. Nothing seemed too much of a problem and they didn't present like they resented to be at work. Lots of parking immediately in front of the hotel so our campervan was off road. The breakfast was GREAT, especially as vegetarians and excellent for loading before a big activity day. Plenty of choice and kept topped up. The room and shared spaces were smart and clean, we loved having the mountain biking on the large TV screens in the bar area. We were there at a lower end of season so use of spa facilities was uncrowded. Too many children in the pool, unfortunately, but the outdoor jacuzzi was a pleasure to use during a thunderstorm.”

    “Wonderful staff who were very helpful. Lovely outside areas with garden and places to sit, which was very serene. Didn’t use them but the pool, jacuzzi and sauna were a bonus. Secure parking for motorbike - be sure to reverse in to avoid the gravel trap.”
