“Very well organised hostel, good location, pretty rich breakfast.
I have got some issues with my booking when I arrived , but it was sorted by manager Eric. Big thanks to him for his patience and support. Definitely, I will stay again.”
“This was an off the cuff 'extra night' added to my trip giving me a chance to spend more time in Luxembourg ville. So, to be up front, I didn't spend a great deal of time in the hotel. I didn't take the breakfast as I eat in town visiting the sites. That said, the staff were friendly. The room more than adequate. Private parking - and they had no problem with me leaving the car there whilst i went exploring, because (and this is a real winner) the bus stop is almost opposite and the buses are free. just too easy. There is also a large shopping centre about a kilometre away with a filling station.”
“I had a pleasant stay at La Pipistrelle Hotel. For €140 per night, I found the overall experience to be quite good — the room was clean, the location charming, and the atmosphere quiet and relaxing.
That said, I personally wouldn’t consider staying here at a rate of €240–300 per night, as it simply doesn’t feel like that level of luxury or service — it’s more of a boutique B&B rather than a full-scale hotel experience.
A special mention goes to the Ukrainian lady working there — she was incredibly friendly and helpful, kindly showing me around and pointing out useful local tips. It’s great to see the owner supporting someone in a difficult situation — true hospitality in every sense.”
“This a good place to stay in Luxembourg at an affordable price. The rooms are tiny and old but mostly functional. The breakfast was cheap and good value for money: basic selection of everything, even hot chocolate. There's even a mini option available, a hot drink + three mini-croissants. Location is good, bus stop right next to hotel and tram not far away (part of the free public transport in Luxembourg), frequent and fast connection (15 mins) to the center and elsewhere. Lots of parking space: not guarded or fenced, though. Surprisingly quiet although we could see the runway from the window: no sound from aircraft inside. Proper blinds.”
“Mr.Rashid was very professional and kind. The staff ensured to offer me a room with a better view after I requested and I absolutely loved the stay, breakfast and the location in particular.
The property had the old world charm. This is the only property I’ll be booking when I’m in Luxembourg next.”
