  • “Facilities were good.. But what we loved most is the PEOPLE and the SERVICE. For an example, we had an AC issue at 11pm... I sent a Whatsapp message at 11:10pm and it was fixed by 11:20pm. Personalities such as THARANGA (at the beach bar), IRUSHI at the buffet restuarent and ANEES at the reception...etc... made our stay very special. They are brand ambassaders for the hotel... and made us feel welcomed. Pools were good and the buggy system effective in most times. Room was clean and inviting.. with a lot of amneties and a large TV (Compared to other hotels).”

    “The location of the property is excellent — very convenient yet still calm and relaxing. The room space is generous, making the stay comfortable, and I really enjoyed the food culture and the variety of flavours offered. When we first arrived, I wasn’t fully comfortable with the cleaning as the pillows had an unpleasant smell, almost like they hadn’t been changed, which made the first night difficult. However, the next day we requested a deep clean and for everything to be changed, and the staff responded immediately and were very helpful, which I truly appreciated. One thoughtful detail was that, as a Muslim guest, I was given a small carpet for prayer upon request — something that really made my stay easier. At the same time, the lack of carpets in the room actually kept the space cooler, which I personally found to be a positive point. Finally, the staff were outstanding: attentive, welcoming, and always ready to help. Their attitude really elevated the whole experience. Overall, despite the small cleaning issue on the first night, the stay was wonderful, and I would be happy to return.”
