  • “Breakfast was good. The setting was lovely, and there were so many amenities.”

  • “What a fabulous place to stay. I don’t usually rate 10/10 so this was the real deal. Can’t fault it. Great hosts, great breakfast, comfortable room ( no fridge in room but big communal one), and fabulous birds in the lovely garden.”

  • Apple Orchard Inn Review score: 10

“We loved our stay at the Apple Orchard Inn. The Inn is on a beautiful site about 20 minutes outside the wonderful town of Durango. We really enjoyed walking around the grounds of the Inn and looking at the flowers. Our room (in the main house) was well equipped and comfortable and we valued the free bottled water. The breakfast was wonderful, and also a sociable time as we enjoyed talking to other guests. The owners were very helpful, friendly and hospitable - for instance we needed to eat early one morning in order to get the Durango train excursion, and the owners were very helpful in getting us out on time. We really wished we could have stayed longer.”

  • “Amazingly good BnB. Quite charming. Good breakfast, hummingbirds flying around the terrace, nice jacuzzi, ... The host couple is very politely. James Ranch Grill is a stone trow away.”

“The Personal were very friendly and helpful in other words, very professional. Everything was very clean. Excellent!!!”

  • Apple Orchard Inn Review score: 8

“Oh, what a nice property! Little houses, separated from each other in a well-maintained orchard. Birds are singing in the garden, and a small creek is running through it. The little houses offer a lot of privacy. Unfortunately, during the night, the close road was a little noisy. At the lovely breakfast, we had a nice chat with the owners and other guests. The on-site freshly made omelette and the English biscuit with butter and self-made jam were not a lot of food but yummy!”
