  “It’s a nice hotel. Although we had a few small issues with the accommodation, the staff was extremely helpful and worked quickly to solve them. The receptionist is a lovely lady who made sure we felt welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay, even compensating us for the inconvenience. The location is excellent—close to the city center and the castle. There is no dedicated parking spot, but we found parking very easily and quickly nearby. The hotel also has a great Italian restaurant. The pizza is delicious, and I imagine the rest of the dishes are just as good. Definitely check out this hotel when you’re in the beautiful and mysterious town of Bouillon.”
