    “This is an awesome place to make you feel just like in a movie. We had a great time in the volunteer-run hostel. Everyone was friendly. We had a big kitchen to cook whatever, and plenty of storage space. The bed area was small but it fit the vibe. The number of toilets and showers was amazing. You can hike, bike and walk around the beautiful area.”

    “While not quite a boutique hotel, the Parque Hotel is a nice, small hotel with a mountain chalet look. It is wonderfully located close to the main (and maybe only...) commercial street of El Calafate and to the Laguna Nimez. While the structure might benefit from a little touch-up of the rooms, it is very clean and welcoming, with a great breakfast offer. The mountain-resort atmosphere is further enhanced by the nice, attentive and friendly staff.”

    “Lovely place, I only stayed one night, and I wish I'd stayed a bit longer. The hostel is nice, well decorated, the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was nice, pastries and bread, the kitchen is big so I had no issues preparing some eggs. The staff was very helpful and created a nice, friendly vibe. The heating in winter was great, it was freezing outside but was warm inside my room.”
