    “Brilliant modest hotel in a beautiful town of La Brigue. Comfortable room, superb view from our window. Dinner was extremely good, and they have great wines as well. Host Roberto and all staff were wonderful. Great value. We had a very pleasant and relaxing stay. Highly recommended”

    “The hotel was fabulous, new - spotlessly clean, wonderful staff, the manager Benjamin went out of his way to make us feel welcome & to show us the hotel’s amenities. We arrived in the morning & parked at the hotel - we then descended down to the bottom of the Col de Cayolle & biked up this beautiful route to the top. We were delighted with our spacious room & enjoyed the beautiful lounge area next to the restaurant to relax with a glass of wine before supper. The food was great. We are already planning to return in the winter to explore some ski touring & snow shoe hiking from the hotel & will for sure stay longer on our next visit. We have stayed at several hotels in this area, Refuge Hotel de Bayasse is far & away the nicest.”

    “I arrived later than expected to a warm welcome and a delicious evening meal. My room was comfortable, spacious, and clean. The property is located on the Route des Grandes Alpes and makes a perfect stopover. The hosts are wonderful and create a lovely atmosphere. I count myself lucky to have found a room here and will definitely return in the future – recommended.”
