“The breakfasts which were included in the price for the room were excellent. Very good selection of breakfast foods, all of which were local and delicious! The staff were very nice and helpful. The location is exceptional! The hikes we went on in the Parc Nacional de Aiguestortes i Sant Maurici were fantastic with spectacular scenery. The hotel is very well located for access to the park by hiking, car or taxi. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!”

Refugi offers that experience and it is amazing to be able to step back in time for a few days. The facilities are well appointed and the staff is the best at making you feel at home. “Absolutely everything. Peaceful location, immaculately clean, wonderful staff, comfortable spacious room, great food (had breakfast and dinner), safe parking. We were looked after brilliantly by Judith, who although very busy serving lunches and drinks on our arrival got us checked in and explained everything we needed to know and assured us she would be there at any time we needed assistance. Brilliant hard working lady and her family/colleagues made our stay the most enjoyable on our journey. Everything about Lo Paller is 10/10. The focus of the staff is customer satisfaction and they provide it in spades.”

“The property is based in a small town in the mountain region. It is a little further away from the „bigger towns“. But we were on holiday by car so it was no problem to get there. It is lovely and the staff we had was very attentive and kind.”

“After a week long hiking trip at the Carros de Foc this was the perfect place to recover: a beautiful situated hotel with a warm and hospitable owner and staff. Delicious meals for lunch and dinner. And great to relax in the nice outdoor swimmingpool. We had to leave very early in the morning, but the owner went to extra mile to prepare for us a breakfast and picnic.”
