  “The hosts, Jenny & Keith, provided exceptional hospitality; they were both friendly & chatty. A wide array of walking maps/information on the New Forest was readily available at reception. The cosy room was thoughtfully equipped with many extras such as a shoeshine, sewing kit, cotton pads, earbuds, hot water bottle as well as a selection of tea and coffee, alongside water & juice in the fridge. Jenny kindly shopped for gluten-free bread, cereals, biscuits, and soya milk, including a thoughtful gesture of gluten-free biscuits in the room— much appreciated after a long hike enjoyed with a cuppa. The breakfast selection was amazing and very tasty. The property is conveniently located just a two-minute walk from town through the back garden, which was full of house sparrows visiting well-stocked bird feeders—a delightful scene from our window. We were extremely satisfied with our experience and look forward to returning. Keith….we give you an 11/10 !! Best regards M&L x”

  “It was a lovely place to stay. Beautiful situated in the forest near Lyndhurst. The staff were really helpful & friendly & made us feel very welcome.”

  “We went for a weekend away and found that cabin was located in the beautiful area with the pub/restaurant nearby. The hosts were very welcoming and showed us around. The room was clean and welcoming. It important to notice that it's not typical b&b place so breakfast is available for an extra charge but not included. There are parking spaces available if you are travelling by car. We took a train and learned that connection from Salisbury station included good chunk of walking to the place as 2 of the busses listed by google maps was a private hire.”

  “Well what more can I say than " Fab " second stay here in the apartment and its exactly what we need that's why we didn't hesitate booking a second time and will be using again for sure. Clean spacious very comfy beds and well equipped even down to free drinking water chilling in the fridge. Thankyou new forest lodge for a lovely night in the new forest !!”
