“The security at the entrance was excellent. Staff at the gate were polite and professional, which immediately gave a sense of safety. The room was comfortable, with a proper king-size bed rather than two singles pushed together, and it came with a beautiful view that I truly enjoyed every day. Service in general was attentive and there were some staff members who stood out, especially Noureddine in the theme restaurant, who was exceptional in both professionalism and kindness. Not all employees were consistent, but most were welcoming and helpful. The beach and sea were another highlight: clean, safe, and very pleasant. I especially appreciated the thoughtful addition of a net to prevent jellyfish from entering the swimming area, which made going into the water worry-free. The snack bar was fine overall. Service there depended on the staff on duty, some were friendly, smiling, and attentive, while others seemed uninterested but the food and drinks were convenient when needed.”

Despite the hotel was full the kids didn’t notice it when playing in the water slide. The same in the restaurant and despite it was fully booked, the food is always available, even in the last minute
