    “Stop 6 out of 9 on our Japanese honeymoon tour, this was the most memorable stay and our only regret was not staying for longer. The hotel is a collection of reconditioned historical buildings spread across Iga, managing to keep their heritage and charm but still being extremely comfortable and a general pleasant place to stay. The house/apartment that we were given was what I I would think of (perhaps naively) as an old and traditional Japanese home, with a few extra modern amenities such as air con, electricity and shower. Staff were as always, extremely nice and helpful in every possible way. If you do stay here, you would be a fool to miss out on the Iga beef within Nipponia's restaraunt. I cannot describe how good it was. If I didn't have 100 other reasons to return, I would return to Japan purely just to eat this again.”

    “Everything was good only the Jacuzzi was not working properly and the exhaust fan in the bathroom as well as in the toilet also was not working. I went there in summers that's why it was suffocating there in the bathroom and toilet as well.”

    “This hotel is run by three kind women who go above and beyond. They really try their best to get everything right. They even packed us lunch boxes and cleaned and polished our shoes. Breakfast exceeded our expectations. It felt like family. At first we were a bit hesitant because the place looked a bit old, but everything worked perfectly and smoothly.”

There were even a staff at the reception who can speak a bit Chinese, which really made me feel at home and is efficient when introducing and confirming charges.”
